Went there on a Tuesday morning and there was only one server and one person cooking and she was handling money and also handling food I asked her to wash her hands and she briefly stuck them under the water for a second . She was very annoyed . The food tasted like it was yesterdays food. It is one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to . I did give them a few chances I went there a couple of times and each time I went there it was the same . They sweep when youre eating your lunch and all the dust falls on your food itself . I would not eat at Santa Maria panda express ever again !

I took My Dad to Panda Express For the first time,I had to ask them to put our food into the to go plates even tough we were eating there because they gave us soo little! It wasnt even enough to get us Full,As i was finishing up my food,there was a hair inside my orange chicken,it was actually fried into the orange chicken,It was horrible! I am never going there again,Its pretty horrible especially since i took My Father there for the first time and it had to end up like this.I DONT recommend this panda express to anyone,Stick to the good ol regular chinese food places!!

Dont use the app. Everytime we have ordered through the app, they messed it up. Everytime I have requested white rice, they put im fried rice. I requested orange chicken and they put teriyaki chicken. Honestly tired of this, I would for once l like to enjoy what I actually oredered. Very done with this.

As a vegetarian there is very limited choice for me and my friends in panda. Wish they get the eggplant tofu back in Lompoc Ca area--- I would give them 5 stars if they did not reduce the portions --------------
