Well lets start off by saying what horrible service they give!! I was on my lunch and went through the drive thru waited over 20 minutes just to get my damn food! Every single person is lazy and rude at this location especially Joel he was literally watching and not even helping prepare the food..After 25 min. Of waiting i finally got my food by some rude girl who didnt even ask if i wanted any spread or chile...to top it off it was raining and she tried to hand me my food in the rain so i asked her if she can please cover my food with a lid and instead of her covering it she asked another guy to cover my food..so rude... i live in alhambra and its just as busy and they get everyone out in 10 min. So people do not attempt to go to this in and out location these people are rude and take their time they do not care what so ever...VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This review is less about the food and more about the enthusiasm of the employees at this place. From the drive-thru order-taker to the grill crew to the folks taking your money to the folks working back-up, these guys were polite, friendly, smiling and having fun with the customers and each others. I dont know about you, but my usual experience with fast-food employees isnt so positive (and I do try to be nice...I worked in fast food myself for 4 years so I know what its like). I just went to this In-N-Out last night and marveled at how the chain seems to find these happy, competent people. Do they make more money than McDonalds pays, does the management treat them well, do they focus on hiring really young kids with natural enthusiasm? Whatever theyre doing, theyre doing it right. Oh...and my Double-Double with spread and onion only was pretty good too!

Fast and friendly service, excellent quality that is consistent and fair prices, but thats not to be unexpected at any In-N-Out. This one can get particularly busy during the day, but they handle the load pretty well; there is only ever an extended (10 or 20 minutes) wait during peak the peak lunch hours which, in all fairness, isnt long compared to other places nearby. I can only knock the the car situation there, but just barely: drive through can get packed at any hour (it moves, but it can take a few minutes), and sometimes the parking lot is full during the day. Other than that, no complaints. I have never had a problem with my orders over the years, which is a crazy track record considering how many times Ive been here.

Probably the worst location for In N Out, on the customer end at least. The line is literally so long that if you park in the parking lot, you have to wait until someone is kind enough to let your back out of your space (read drive-through line blocks parking spaces). The amazing amount of people I would assume comes from the IKEA location and Burbank Blvd as a whole, which are two typically popular destinations. I walked in and ordered, and was giving an order number of 84, they were only calling order 32. Yet, I seemed to get my food faster than the people n the drive-through... Go Figure! In N Out is good in general, so I cant discriminate there.

Food here is so disgusting. Hard to imagine liking it any other time except for late night where either a person is drunk or their mental defenses to make good decisions have been worn off through the day. I had the grilled cheese and their fries "animal style" and sure enough it tasted like something good for animals and worst the next morning. I will need 3 days of juice cleansing to get this out of my system. Now I know why its been 10 years since Ive had their food and why it will be at least another 10 before I will even consider trying it again.

All In-N-Out Burgers are 5 star burger joints that serve one of the best beef patties in world and awesome fresh cut french fries. Be sure to look up their "secret" menu online if you havent already or just go with a double-double and a chocolate shake and be happy. That being said, I remove stars based on how they handle the traffic/lines that inevitably form around them. This one does alright but there are two entrances to the facility and there is often line cutting by the cars who enter from the less popular angle hence the one star downgrade.

I was fortunate to enter right when there was no line (Tuesday ) & got my Combo within minutes. The View is ideal if you want to play "Punch Buggy" with your kids or Carspotting the Los Angeles wheels. The Freeway is visible through the window & sunny outdoor patio. Now the staff is very well organized, Friendly & full of energy.Hardley no wasted movements when preparing each Burger & Fries. The view of the customers gives off that All American Burger Joint. Usually everything is good about the burger. But this is the second time that I had hair in my burger. My double had the double double alright... double hairs is what it had. At first there was a long arm hair. Then I cut half my burger and then took another bite and another hair from an eyelash perfectly embedded between the lettuce. That is disgusting. My first experience was a girls long hair, but this one was a guys. I will not eat here for a while if ever again.

Hay mucho tráfico!. Yo sugiero que tengan más opciones de comida, hamburguezas, sin grasa, con pan delgado, de trigo, y vendan sopas, ensaladas, quesadillas, y se pueda comprar todo por separado!. gracias. Maria.

Extremely busy place with the wait times past 10 minutes. I wont fault them for that, they are an awesome In and Out after all. Their food is amazing and they service is top notch. Always a smile and fast service. Their location is tough. Making a left out of the center is murder. Getting a parking spot and leaving a parking spot is dangerous. Drive thru is a long wait and it tests your patience. Not the best location, but damn good burgers.

This location is packed 24-7. They share their lot with a few other stores in a small plaza, but the lot can get pretty ridiculous. It probably doesnt help that it is directly across the street from AMC 6, which creates more craziness from movie-goers looking for a place to eat, especially at night. This location is pretty large, but sometimes their sense of urgency is lacking. It can get pretty messy here.

I ran out of stars... In & Out is the best burger on Earth! I ate Five Guys last night and my dissappintment with their awful, horrendous Burger and Fries only reminds me that In & Out has the best Burger and Fries on Earth and in the known universe. F*** Five Guys and their poor imitation of a true American Classic/Standard. My money will be spent at In & Out forever and always!!!
