I liked the burker king here because its clean and decor is nice. But this isnt going to be a review about the atmosphere of this place but of the customer service I had here. I ordered 2 orders and talked very clearly to the man assisting me, he looked zoned out (which I didnt take much notice til what happened to me later) there wasnt a line, everyone eating there find need any assistance. My food came out pretty quick. Thats ok . Except for this man. He threw my tray on the counter and said heres your order. Of course I was with my friend thats why I ordered 2 meals. I just saw one meal in the tray and my friend kindly asked "wheres my other order..." He rudely cut her off. So she decided not to get another order from that horrible man. We both ended up eating from just 1 meal because why would we order from that horrid, no good attitude man. My friend and I talked about how rude he was and how people go to interviews with a fake smile and attitude just to obtain a job and how this man isnt doing his job correctly, so he decided to joke around with his coworkers. So my friend decided to talk to the manager. We finished our food and she walked up to this man and asked him if we may speak to the manager. And it turns out this jerk is the manager, Adilson is this rude guys name. This is why many people dislike Hispanic people because of men like him. Being Hispanic myself, Im sad to encounter this rude Hispanic man. He doesnt deserve to be manager. This Burger King deserves a manager that has a kind serving heart. Equal service to both Hispanics and non Hispanics alike.

The manager Adilson (this is a guy) is not very friendly. I came here to order food for my friend and I, it took 5 minutes, pretty ok. But he said heres your meal, and there was only 1 of our 2 meals. So we asked him kindly "and the #2 order..." He cut us off when we were talking and rudely said "you only ordered that!" Talk about rude. He shouldve said "Im sorry you also wanted the other order?" but no, we clearly stated we wanted both orders and to make things worse the place didnt even have a line for him to be rushing. Point is if youre Hispanic and not white he WILL be rude to you, even though hes Hispanic as well. And after he went to the register to "take" our order, we said "no thanks." And my friend and I started conversating about how rude he was. So he made jokes with his employees. He doesnt deserve to be manager with that attitude. He should put a smile on his face for thats what he wants to do for the rest of his life. Manage a BK.

I was a guest at this establishment and after reviewing the menu, ordering and receiving my food. I noticed there was a spilled frozen drink on the floor. Another customer after reviewing the menu for a fee minutes, took the initiative to place wet floor cones around the spill. Yet no BK staff Members acknowledged this act. It was about 20 minutes before this was cleaned up. COME ON PEOPLE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Sad to see that many Burger King have closed. Its a shame that as soon as Burger King closes Starbuck take over the location. Kinda looks like Starbucks has something to do with some of these Burger Kings closure. Hopefully this one doesnt close over night and turns into a Starbucks.

I had 5 for 4.The price was great.Also I liked bacon cheeseburger with generous order of FF. Chicken nuggets are my favorite.you Chocolate Chip cookies make a nice desert. Thx BK - you are the best. See you soon.
