Im sick, cant deal with making dinner for my son. Had to run an errand anyway, so figured this was a quick and cheap meal I could take home. I saw a lot of cars in the parking lot, so instead of standing and waiting, I called in to order a single pepperoni pizza. The girl said, oh theres a bunch ready already, you can just come in. She didnt even try to take my name or anything. I walk in from the far end of the parking lot, long line, had to wait, and then am told theres about a 8-10 minute wait. I said, I JUST called from the parking lot and the girl said come on in. So here I wait, after already waiting in a line I shouldnt have had to wait in somce I could have had one waiting already, sick, and taking forever to just get a damn pizza home. Thanks for the great customer service! Ugh! Update: 15 minutes+ later, the girl in line after me just left with her order. I went and asked and THEN mine was ready (hers was only one pizza and breadsticks). Lovely.

Worst experience ever. I ordered my pizza over the phone. When I got there one of the pizzas was made wrong. They never apologized about it. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for them to make it right. I also heard them talking in the back ground and they were saying that I ordered it the way they made it. When no I didnt. I also got bread sticks. They never even asked of I wanted the marinara sauce, which I did. But I forgot about it and they never asked. The pizza was good but the serves was the worst ever. The serves made the pizza taste bad to me. I will never order from this location again when I am out here for knots berry farm.

Nothing wrong with their pizza, but just about every time I go here, theyre out of hotnready pizzas and I have to wait 10 minutes. They never seem to make enough. I wish they had a policy that if they dont have them ready your order is free.

Hot and ready. The dough could be better but hey what do you expect from 5 dollar pizza from a bug company. If they managed to get Round Tables quality into a $5 pizza they would be unstoppable

A favorite of mine after leaving Knotts for the drive home. This place is always ready with pizza and the only.people waiting are usually getting something crazy. In and out in 2 mins tops.
