I see a lot of bad reviews for service here, but Ive been to this location two or three times and never had a bad experience. I like Chipotle, and Ive visited a number of their stores in this area, and for some reason I often find that the seating area is less well-kept than it should be, but that is not the case in this store. Every time I have been here it has been clean and generally pleasant. I have never had any problems whatsoever with the service. My only gripes are that the parking in this plaza is not great, and that this location has a fairly small seating area, meaning sometimes there isnt a good place to sit. Otherwise my experience has been that if you like Chipotle, youll like this location.

I think the food is great. However, if youre trying to plan a fundraiser here be prepared for a multitude of mistakes and laziness. They told me that they would call me back and never did. Over the span of a month, we had to call them over 10 times and thats being modest. To the get the date itself, we had to call every day for a whole work week. It took forever for them to get a flyer to us and when it did, the group name was misspelled so and they made no attempt to help us even though our fundraiser is less than a week away. Overall, the management is lazy and I didnt think such a great restaurant would have such horrible service.

I find this particular location to be a bit more helpful and generous with my style of ordering. I say this bcuz I like to get extra helpings of veggies, salad, beans, salsa & sour cream. They dont give me any attitude or snares so that is comforting. Not to forget they are patient with me even though they are a fast paced type of restaurant. The reason I dont give it a 5 star is bcuz I dont like the extra trash build up in and outside of the restaurant not to mention the tables arent maintained to be clean enough by my standards. All in all,, a regular visit for me :))

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. All the employees have bad attitudes and their very rude. Besides Having full on conversations while your trying to pay your bill, You get a huff and a eye roll for asking for salsa on the side. No wonder it was empty in there. The fajitas were burnt. the food was just horrible from this chipotle. Dont waste your time. Drive 10 min to a different location.

If I dont have to give a star that would be great! Service sucks & the manager (Frida) is the worse!! Who does this lady think she is. Talking down to people / customer! The way she treat her staff is beyond words. Another person who was rude was this Courtney girl! Really 2 bad service in 1 day! Treat your customer right & also your staff!

Pretty terrible. They didnt get my pick up order right. Sadly, I didnt know until I arrived back at the office to eat. I tried calling the number listed and no one answers. It eventually hangs up on you. Now I will have to write an email to their corporate office to try and get a resolution. Check your order before leaving the store.

I am a usual customer here. The food is great and they always greet you as you walk in. Today I walked in and they gave me a free burrito for being a dedicated customer. The workers are young and energetic. Great management too. I love this place!

Theres usually a line around noon so I always take lunch a bit earlier to avoid the crowd. My favorite is the Barbacoa burrito bowl. Guacamole is bit pricey, get it on the side if you do get it.
