Corporate America doing what corporate America does best. Separating you from your cash and serving you mediocre food for it. All this and poor attitudes from the employees as well. Im sure this is all as a result of the corporate guidelines that prevent anyone in management actually caring about the people that work for them. What ever they make and serve here, you can do better at home for yourself. Dont waist your time or money. All the food seems as if its made in some far off factory and shipped in to be opened up and re-heated. Tasteless to boot. I hate bland food and this place is the king of bland.

Came in for lunch, and ordered a chicken melt. Upon getting the melt...the cheese was not melted and the meat was still cold. I told one of the girls serving the food. She said okay and left. I was confused because she did not take my plate. I waited over 5 minutes when I decided to find someone to help me. She walked over to me quickly and told me that they would make a new one. When she told me that I told her Ive already been waiting for over 5 minutes. Her response: "I was busy". She took my plate then. The reason they get 2 stars was because at least they re made it

Service is always good, and food also. One big issue with many Panera Bread locations is finding a clean table. They dont clear or wipe them down frequently enough, so youre always searching for that one clean table. Here is no different, as well as the Whittier store. I go to various locations frequently, and I find it to be a fairly consistent issue. Even when the table has been cleared, it often has food, crumbs and spills left, uggh! Then I have to wipe it down.

I ordered tonight, (February 14) via Rapid Pick-Up online (Awesome by the way!). I didnt have to wait since the food was ready when I got there, and people seemed nice. The low rating was because after I drove home and started eating my salad, I found 2 small hairs that looked like they belonged to the genital area. I threw my salad away and didnt bother driving all the way back to complain to the manager. Disgusting. Please, be more hygienic!!!!

Typically the drive-thru is super slow, so make sure you dont go through it when youre in a hurry, but the food usually makes up for it. I do feel the prices are a little on the high side, but I appreciate this locations top-notch customer service, wifi and ability to network and connect with no interruption from their staff.

When it is available, the food is fine. However, this store is consistently out of popular breakfast menu items before 8:00 a.m. In addition, they rarely have more than one person at the registers in the store during breakfast hours. Not conducive for people on their way to work or school.

Amazing food! We had a class camping trip and on the way back we all stopped at the panera. I got the chicken noodle soup and a strawberry banana smoothie. It was such great food. No critical. I dont really know any other words to describe it other than Amazing, Delicous, and scrumptious!

A great Hot Spot and must for me. I luv their Pecan Braids......the best. They also have great salads. Oh....dont let me leave out their yummy Shortbread Cookies...especially the ones with the lemon frosting. The are buttery and D-E-L-I-O-U-S (I hope I spelled that right...LOL!!!)

My sister and I had lunch at the Brea, CA location on Imperial Hwy, and it was scrumptious--creamy autumn squash soup w/turkey avocado sandwiches!! Soooo perfect on this cold SoCal day!! Brian, our server, was a delight--so kind, helpful and accommodating!! We cant wait to return!!

Terrible. I ate in and bought parties to go. Three employees just about ran me over while I was walking to my table. My soup was wrong. And when I returned home with the pastors, they were not what I ordered, and one was nothing but crumbs.

Love Panera...food always solid, good mix of personal/community space, this one has an outdoor patio area and drive through, wish they sold more sourdough bread though so this could be my bakery too and not just a cafe/study/meet up point

Went here for the first time with my wife yesterday. Find that the food is quite expensive but that it was real good quality. The same could not be said for the bathrooms. The staff was attentive and ready to serve however.

I used to work here. It can be a little pricey. However customer service is a priority. Staff is well trained and friendly. It can get a little messy during the peak hours.

Panerai seems to be over-priced for what you get. This location is nice like all of their restaurants... but a basic sandwich and drink will set you back $20.

This Panera removed most electrical plugins, so dont count on charging your laptop or cell phone. Perhaps its better to try McDonalds next time.
