Good afternoon as I stood in line waiting to be served by one of the representatives there at Jack In The Box I noticed several things that I thought could have been done better one there was a half a tray of french fries in the French fry holder just sitting and waiting to be served up the fry cook removed the existing fries that were there and dumped them back into the grease I myself I ordered curly fries and noticed when my curly fries were served to me they have been refried at least once after sitting in the tree they were extremely hard I noticed during the lunch time. Theres rush rush rush. I think that gloves and hats should be worn at all times to prevent any items from the hair are any bacteria from the hands to come in contact with the food this I have noticed there are no gloves being worn and food is being warmed over by being refried in the deep fryer McDonalds I noticed do not do this all your fries are fresh this particular store I will not visit again I was refunded my cash after I explained that the french fries were hard and manager or the fry cook that was their kind of gave me a strange look. There is no other option or I would not have given one star

Though its nice and clean, the service was bad and unprofessional. It all started inside where a nice customer infront me wanted to order the chicken teriyaki bowl. She asked the cashier whats the difference between the two prices, the cashier simply said "I dont know" wow, really? Then she said she would ask the manager and even the manager didnt answer the simple question, instead gave the nice customer a brochure... Wow. Anyways, its common sense, I figured out the price difference its just that one comes with the egg roll and the other doesnt. I cant believe the actual workers there didnt know that. Now comes my turn to order. After I was done I said I want my order for here. Guess what, when ready (which took a while) my food was in to go bags and she forgot to include the drinks so I had to ask for it... Then, for the kids meal I ordered, I looked inside and guess what, no fries but they only put the fries holder wrapper only lol.... Wow. Lastly, I went back to order a "fresh" hot coffee, when she gave me my coffee, it was not fresh and was cold!!! Then I told her that then she remade my coffee. AVOID This jack in the box.

Rudest employees ever including the manager. Food is often cold. They serve fries that have been sitting. Orders are made wrong. When you ask for the owners name the employees dont know the difference between the manager and the franchise owner. When you ask employees for their names they peatedly say I cant do that. The service and food quality at this location has been horrible for years. I need to put a sign on my dashboard to remind me never to go there. The location is convenient for me and I will sometimes forget how bad this Jack In The Box is or just stupidly think what I want is simple enough for them to get right. 8 times out of 10 there is something wrong with the order. They like to not put in all of the fries or tacos ordered and no mayonnaise means add extra mayonnaise to cover up how dry the reheated burger is. Whatever you do dont use the bathrooms without holding your breath. They always smell like raw sewage. This place deserves zero stard. The entire crew needs to be replaced.

Greasy hair in food? Check. Atmosphere that smells worse than the poop pits at beaches? Check. Horrible for your body? Check. Sources animals from factories that abuse them? Check. Terrible for the environment? Check. Berkeley has too much fantastic food that are great for your body and for the world, like Cha Ya, Cafe Gratitude, Green Earth Cafe, Flacos, and Cinnaholic, to waste even a second at this place.

I feel like the cashier is skimming from the Jack and the Box Corporation and that he overcharged me and did not return the receipt and that is the second time that this has happened. When I go to other Jack and the boxes they give the receipt and the price is lower for the same food. Although I greatly appreciate your low prices and its worth every penny. John

The sevice here might had been a little slow for me, but it was worth the wait. It is busy at times, but when you receive your order you can tell the line prep made it the right way. What I mean is that, the person who is making your order made it look and taste right.

Food is okay but cashier just says if you want substitutes from menu and dont tell you it cost more money. A $7 combo ends up being $8.50 cause you asked for curly fries instead of regular ones. They should tell you its extra before you decide to order.

4/10 Slightly above average taste, above average price, and below average value. Also boring menu. But there was a dog there so that was cool. It was a little brown terrier.

dry warmed up patty, cold burger and greasy and luke-warm curly fries. Couldve gotten a much better deal at In-n-Out or even McDonalds for almost $8 dollars. Never again!

2 for 1 tacos are awesome! This is pretty much the same as every other chain Jack in the Box. It has parking and a few tables for you to sit if you decide to eat in.
