I found a long hair in my sandwich I bought from here. I called and notified the workers and they offered to remake it for me but I was already in Eureka and I didnt want to drive all the way back to the store. The worker took my name and information and said she would write down that I would get a sandwich free of charge. When I was in the area again, I went to get my free sandwich and the workers said they had no idea what I was talking about.

Got to this location and no one was working. After about 5 minutes an employee came from the restroom. Pants still unbuttoned, hands not washed, and looked under the influence. Completely unacceptable. I turned around and walked out. Never going back. Smh.
