First, let me say that the cooked items are great. The burger and fries I had was top-notch, prepared by a nice, older Hispanic lady. Everything else was awful. A young lady was "working" there on -- as I recall -- a Monday afternoon. She had no concept of customer service. In fact, I didnt even know she worked there except that she eventually found time to walk behind the counter and take my money. Her only goal was to return to what I presume was school work. Incidentally, the prices at this location are substantially higher than the surrounding area. A Peanut Buster Parfait, for example, was $3.99 here, but is $3.69 at every other location Ive visited. After finishing my meal, I walked up to the young lady and asked if I could get a chocolate dipped cone. I was clearly interrupting her important work, since she didnt even acknowledge that I had spoken. Eventually, as I was about to give up and walk out, she stood up and walked toward the register, muttering, "what size?" as she passed me. I requested a medium chocolate-dipped cone. What I got back was the worst, least appetizing cone that Ive ever seen. The chocolate coating was translucent. The ice cream had a vague, misshapen bullet form to it. Should I ever find myself traveling through Gerheart again, I will most certainly avoid this establishment.

Fast food? I think not. The quality of the Blizzards was fine. However, it took 20 minutes to get (3) small ones. One plus is that they did have (2) pull through parking spots for small RVs.

Its the best DQ in our area. I would have given a 5 if they had no mosquitos, but it made it a little hard to enjoy my meal that day.
