Normally would bother but....Third times a charm. Forgot part of the order.Check Got part of the Order wrong.Check Third time. Check I USED to buy for the office, but as the mistakes continue I am taking it off the list.My own fault I suppose. But should I really shouldnt have to unpack, check and repack everything before I leave? So- really good sandwiches? Yes Good Menu? Yes The ultimate "Arcata/Humboldt Experience" ? Yes Going back? - nope

First time trying this place & I absolutely loved my sandwich! Got the supreme bacon mushroom philly. So bomb guys!! Only prob was my roommate did have a freak out about his coleslaw being sweeter than he thought it should of been. :( (Sorry. Might want to work on that guys) Either way like I said the sandwiches were on point & the customer service was excellent/fast. Ill be going back! Thanxxx!

Ive only had their vegan version, but its wonderful. Everyone Ive brought to eat at this place always enjoyed their food (meat eaters included). I dont know how authentic their food is when compared to Phily cheesesteak sandwiches that are actually in Philadelphia (since Ive never been there). However, if youre looking for a delicious, greasy and very satisfying sandwich, this place is for you.

Dont understand all of the positive reviews. Got a "hungry man" Philly cheese steak sandwich that was supposed to be double meat and double cheese. Received a chewy hot dog sized bun with some dry meat, no veggies and the cheese was almost not there. What a disappointment.

I go to the one in Eureka because I have nothing but disdain for Arcata. The Eureka location is tops. Friendly staff, great food, excellent atmosphere. Since Im from the East Coast, a real hoagie is a treat.

Horrible!!! $13 and the sandwhich was the size of a small fork! Waaay too small for that price! Cheese fries were all wet from humidity in the box. Wont EVER eat there again! Too expensive and low quality.

Friendly staff, reasonable priced grub, accepts C-points for Humboldt State students and with food purchase $1 tall cans of Pabst.....oh and did I mention the delicious cheesesteaks?!!!

Good friendly st staff, nice and clean. Well presented food and not rushed to finish. Fairly crowded and staff was friendly to each person like they mattered to them. Will be back

My husband and I were passing through Arcata and stopped for lunch. We arent into carbs so they created the best Philly steak salads for us. Yum, they were the bomb. Thanks guys.

Unlike "Live from New York" they havent gone to the source (Philley) to learn how to make subs or cheese steaks, even though theyve plastered teh walls with Philley memorabilia.
