So happy that Kee Wah Bakery only opened in Arcadia! Not the most ideal location since Baldwin is so busy, but luckily you can make a right onto Fairview and park in the relatively empty parking lot. Because the bakery is so new, it definitely stand apart from the Monterey Park locations (and reminds me of their HK shops!). Everything looks shiny and new, with each item having a specific spot in the store. I came here relatively early on a Friday morning and most of the bread was still loaded onto the trays - the workers had to help me get the bread I wanted, rather than me picking the biggest pineapple bun for myself. Otherwise, theres usually a small space for bread to be placed for customers to choose from. Theres also lots of other goodies and merchandise for sale at this store. Taste of the bread and pastries is consistent with what youd find at all other Kee-Wah bakeries. The pineapple bread is one of my favorites - with a crispy "pineapple" topping and a soft, fluffy bread. It definitely tastes the best when its fresh out of the oven. Another favorite is the custard bun with the big dollop of cream in the middle - tastes great when its warm, but its probably unhealthy. Egg tarts also look incredibly captivating as they sit under the warm toaster. At $1.50 each, I think the price isnt too bad. They taste amazing and the crust of the flaky egg tarts - on point. Ive also tried a variety of cakes from Kee-Wah - chestnut was really good, but the coffee chestnut cake tasted a little weird for my liking. Mango mousse was standard - 85 has a better one. Black forest was my favorite. More cake than cream for most of the cakes. tl;dr - Really glad theres a Kee-Wah in the Arcadia area! Good consistent bread, with pretty good customer service.

Amazing HK style bakery! I enjoyed all three types of egg tarts that they offered, as well as their warm savory pastries. My favorites were the Portuguese egg tarts and the BBQ pork pastry. They also have a delicious GLUTEN-FREE raspberry chocolate cake that blew my mind. Their bread is also delicious- I have tried the green tea bread with red bean inside. It was soft and had ample filling. There was also a bread with bacon and cheese as filling; I do not know the specific name, but it was also very good. I have tried their Japanese UCC Iced Coffee. In one word: STRONG! It is not overly sweet, but does have the perfect amount of cream and sugar. Be sure to come here for your gifting needs: they not only have beautiful cakes, but also very cute tins of baked goods for any occasion. Chinese New Year is coming up, and they have a specific line just for that right now.

I came here with friends a few weekends ago. What a great shop. Theres a large selection of both sweet and savory pastries, as well as coffees and teas. The hot teas are loose leaf and very good quality. Definitely try the egg tarts. They have 3 kinds: traditional, with a flaky pastry crust found in all dim sum restaurants, Portuguese, which is the same, but with a burnt brûlée top, or Kee Wahs signature, which is a cookie like crust similar to like a fruit or custard tart. They have a lot of gift boxes of cookies and pastries in time for Chinese New Year, so its a good place to buy gift items when you are visiting to family and friends during the holiday.

Full service flagship bakery of the famous brand in Hong Kong, with products from cookies in gift tins to packaged eat-laters to fresh breads, cakes, and pastries. Beverages bottled and made-to-order are available as well. Take note that Asian baked goods tend to be less sweet and sugary than their American and Latino counterparts, which I highly appreciate at Kee Wah. They honor the Five Star rewards program. If you buy a ton, they usually will automatically throw in bonus goodies as a gesture of goodwill. Unisex restroom available and parking in rear.

Not just any typical bakery. This new location offers pastries, desserts, chinese new year cake, rewards card, drinks, and also a sit down where you can enjoy the fresh food. I loved that I can come here as a one stop shop and its also a plus there is a private parking located in the back. The bread here isnt too sweet or oily. They make fresh bread with high quality ingredients on a daily basis. The staff is also friendly and they do accept credit card. Come check this out. The bread is way better than 85 degree and JJ Bakery.

Their egg tarts are fantastic. Their Portuguese ones are also some of the best I ever had. The pastries are also really good and a nice change from the Taiwanese breads that you normally get. I wish parking was better, but if you go in the morning there is no one there so parking out front is nice and easy.

Awesome Bakery to get everything you need without going to other stores. They have excellent meat pies and egg tarts. They also serve drinks as well. Come to get your Chinese New Year gift sets here during the holidays. They are so cute and anyone would be happy to receive one.

Portuguese egg tart is the BEST! I can get all my traditional Hong Kong baked goods here. All the breads are baked fresh daily on site. Currently, offering Chinese New Year dry pastries imported from the Hong Kong factories.

Loved the savory pastries: chicken, curry, and bbq pork. Lots of different sweet Asian pastries too, they also have drinks.
