I had been there once before and it was awkward, expensive and dirty. The seat i sat on tonight had a hole burnt into it. And the table was covered in ash. They said since we were sitting on the couch we had to pay $15 per person just to sit there. And we didnt even have this nasty couch to ourselves. We had to share with another group. Tonight i had a sealed bottle of water in my hand as i walked in, sat down, and the owner came over like 5 minutes later and started yelling at me for bringing in outside beverages. I told him that i didnt know because he didnt say anything and there was no signs up anywhere. And he said it was obvious because they serve drinks that i wasnt allowed to have it. And i said well most places let me have water. But ok i will go put it in my car. But next time just tell me when i walk in instead of yelling at me later. And he accused me of hiding it in my purse from him. And rolled his eyes and walked away. He was a jerk. And the staff never smiled or acknowledged us either.

The sitting is nice, but dont expect to get a seat because the doorman will tell you that there is nothing available. I said I just wanted to look at the seating and saw a friend, so I got in to say "Hi." When a table became available, I grabbed it. However, the waiter came and told me that it is saved and tried giving it to a Middle Eastern man. The man refused and said that I was there first. We had a table of 4 people with 3 hookahs each. Every time we needed charcoal, we had to ask 3 times. They had multiple coal guys, why was it so bad? They had the staff but they just dont want to work.

food is good, hookah is good, service is non existent :) It took 45 minutes to get a waiter to order, food arrived we asked for ketchup, salt and bread to eat the hummus with.... It has been 1 hour and 5 minutes and we are yet to get any of those items, we asked 3 waiters and one coal guy to get them as we need to eat and they didnt yet. 1 hour and 6 minutes now as I type this and nothing. Good job losing a tourist from Chicago :)

Showed up for hookah prior to 7 and was presently surprised to learn they give free bowl refills between 3-7p. They mentioned it as we were about to order more. Tried the Kumari tea which was bomb if youre a tea person. The attentiveness to our hookah and coals was on point. Only reason for the 4 stars is we never got our appetizers we ordered towards the end. But we were refunded for them and otherwise service was great.

No concept of customer service. Takes forever to get anyones attention so I can place an order. Good luck getting them to come back to your table after the first time. Oh, and the smarty pants cashier who tries to punch in your order at supersonic speed gets irritated if you show him down to ask what he rang up or what a charger is for. Employees not hygienic which makes me worry about food preparation.

Yes service is great ..we order plates and when we got the bill we got charge more and we ask the server and he say taxes he call another guy that never show up and we walk to the counter and the owner say they just got the menu from Egypt ...he stared yelling at one at the worker like it was there foul its was my first and my last time ..check you bill first before you pay

I saw one of the workers telling a girl to go to men bathroom after she asked where the restroom was. She obviously refused because it was packed with 2 men in less 10 square feet restroom, and she walked away but the guy whistled at in a disrespectful way. I feel this was too rude, and it could lead to a sexual harassment or maybe he did.

Its basically a dirty and cheap hookah lounge. The furniture is literally garbage, and the floor manager kicked people out just because they werent ordering for more than 25$ each! I could pay a couple extra dollars and get some respect as a customer elsewhere. Yes, it is that bad :)

Good place to come hangout and smoke hookah. The food is really good. I recommend the ones with an adventurous palate to try their lamb shank plate. Good size portion for the price. Best hookahs compared to the other many places Ive been to. Would I come back? YES!!!

They have good food. The chicken cave sandwich is my favorite. It is fresh and tasty. I usually order out because it is a hookah place, so you have smoke and people sitting playing cards. But dont let that discourage you from eating there. The food is really good!

If you are looking for a quick hookah, this is the place to be. Do not expect a quality hookah. What I mean by quality: clean, fairly new hose, good flavor..etc. On the price side, it is considered of the priciest hookah lounges in OC. SO its up to you!

Great food, lively atmosphere, and decent service. I wouldnt recommend it if youre in a hurry because the service is very slow. That isnt necessarily bad because you really are meant to just relax, eat, and smoke hookah for a couple hours.

Great place to chill. There are 2 entrances, you can park in the back of the front lot is full. Servers take your order right away but if you need sugar you may have to ask 2 or 3 times.

The worst staff attitude and behavior I have ever seen with clients . The manager has arrogant uneducated behavior as well. Bad music , not clean and dirty couch and seats .
