Ive gone here a few times already and every time I have came in 2009, I felt like the service was horrible. Both times that I came, it was not busy at all. Probably one or two other tables than mine and still it took the server 10 minutes the first time to even stop by to ask us what we wanted to drink. She didnt seem personable at all. Today, I decided to stop by with some friends to get lunch. When we first walked in, there was probably at least 4 workers standing at the hostess area. After we were seated, we sat there for about 10-15 minutes without one person coming up to ask us what we would like to drink. Nothing at all. I was very disappointed in the service and decided to leave. I will never come back to this location. I would understand if it was busy and there wasnt enough servers but that was not the case at all. There was about two other tables outside in our area and I didnt see anyone sitting inside of the restaurant. I would not recommend people to come here. The food is usually not bad, but go to a different location.

Had an awesome sushi experience. The location is very cozy and upscale. The service was great our waitress was more than attentive and extremely friendly. The sushi was absolutely amazing full of flavor and super filling. However, they do not serve half rolls here so for light eaters only order one or two at a time. The only complaint and I didnt even mark a star off for it was the gyoza was cold and not very tasty, but the sushi made up for it ten fold.

I got out of a gig late craving sushi and this one was the only one open. They were gonna be closing in 12 mins when I arrived so I thought I could take some food home, but they said they did last call for everyone 12:45am and couldnt serve me. So needless to say I asked what the point is of saying you close at 1am if u cant get service until that time. Whatever. I just hate wasting my time.

I made reservations and showed up promptly at the appointed time. I was greeted with an almost empty restaurant and an empty reception desk. I approached the bar to try and get service and was completely ignored. Horrendously disappointing for the neighborhood its in. I walked over to PF Changs where I was served quickly and politely.

Weve now been there twice and will never go back. The food was horriable and expensive. The sushi rice was hard like it had been sitting all day and our goyza was cold and meh.. You pay to much there for crappy food.It is a tourist trap banking one the one time per vist tourist industry. Sorry but no.

This place means better management they had half of the tables empty and had probably over 20 staff members that were visible just in the front aside from that the service was mediocre and the sushi compared to the other raw that we have been to was nowhere near the quality that were used to.

Service was slow even though the place was not that busy. We tipped well anyway. Walked down the street and realized I had left my cell phone on the table. The staff had taken it, but a call to the police confirmed my suspicion that this was not a crime they had the manpower to address.

BIG fan of RA Sushi. Their sushi is fresh, the service is great, and they have a good happy hour. This is a great place to have lunch, especially during the winter when you can sit outside. Im a fan. Oh, and their bento boxes are delicious. Enjoy!

I enjoy coming to lunch here for the bento boxes, I didnt enjoy the feel of the bar area here and I prefer the main dining room. The service is hit or miss at lunch but usually good at dinner and later. Nice atmosphere for a sushi date night.

Great food portions AR a little lacking since New Management music is too loud needs to be toned down you dont need it that loud when youre going for a nice quiet lunch and they need to fix their salads so theyre not gross at the bottom

This place is my absolute favorite place for sushi near Phoenix. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff here is the greatest. Shout out to Austin our waiter. We ask for him every time that we are here.

The sushi is good and the service is even better! The atmosphere is a bit romantic so maybe take a date there if they love fish. Highly recommend this place for a fun time :)
