I was confused by the initial setup. I was greeted by hostess & I told her how many in our party and she told me to go stand at the end of a line where there were already a few people. They dont take your name & how many and give you an approximate wait time, you just wait in this line until it is your turn. Once it is your turn you go to the counter to order & pay for your food. It is also during this time that you are assigned your table #, where you will be sitting. I found it a bit odd that the receipt had the option to write in a tip before you experienced the service but I suppose you could leave that at zero and leave cash on the table. Also while waiting in line a server made the rounds asking if anyone wanted a drink. I ordered a beer and rather than having that added onto my bill I paid her separately. After ordering you sit and wait for the server to bring you your food. One positive note is that since you already paid when you are finished you can leave whenever, you dont have to try to find your server to get your check and settle up. I will say that the food was amazing. I ordered the Buffalo Bill and the cashier made the comment that was her favorite. When the server came & was identifying the burgers while passing them out when she came to my Buffalo Bill she also commented how that was her favorite. They werent lying...this was an awesome burger!! I could say it was on par with Gordon Ramsay BurGR @ Planet Hollywood (at least my burger was). I was very pleased with the beer selection too...all local breweries, $5 for a good size amount. I would make a return visit.

I just tried this place out for lunch. Owen, my server, was friendly and explained how the burgers on the menu were able to be altered, customized, and patty-swapped. He was sociable and knowledgeable about what Hopdoddy offered. I decided to order the El Diablo with no cheese, no mayo, and patty-swapped with their black bean and corn patty. The kitchen took a little longer on the preparing the food but it wasnt bad. The burger was visually appetizing and extremely tasty! Owen had me try some Chipotle Ketchup...yep that went on my burger. It was smoky and flavorful and not as tart as your standard ketchup. It appears they make the bean burger patty in-house. This is awesome! My biggest "beef" (no pun intended) is that overall your bill can get pricey. I understand that theyre using healthier ingredients but $15.38 plus tip for a burger and fries is just too much. Everything is a la carte also so this is also inconvenient. Ive attached pictures also.

This place used to be our go to dinner spot on Friday nights six months ago. I would have given the place 5 stars then. Our last two visits, over a two month period, service has gone completely downhill. Two months ago, we were completely forgotten out on the patio. No server, and our food never came out. After 45 minutes, I finally complained to the manager and got our food. They offered to refund our money, and I accepted. I chalked it up to a bad night. This time, we arrived at a slower point, @5:30 on a Saturday. We watched several people walk in after us, and get their food before us. We got our food 30 minutes or so after ordering. I watched a family of 5 that ordered before us continue to wait for their food, even after we were finished. Our hamburgers looked like they were made with yesterdays buns, and were a little stale. I used to really like this place, but Im afraid this was our last visit. Time to find a new burger spot.

This is a somewhat preliminary review. Came here during it is first week of opening so it is obvious it wont be perfect. I had the salted caramel milkshake and found it very good! I liked that it was not a very heavy milkshake so I wasnt stuffed before I ate the burger. I had the Primetime burger and truffle fries. The burger was not as great as I had hoped but I think I chose the wrong kind of burger...this burger was a softer kind of burger...I usually burger with a bit more texture. One thing I really liked was how soft and delicious the burgers buns were. The truffle fries were good, they were adequately spiced but I wish it had a bit more truffle oil. I think I will be coming back after a few more weeks to try this place again since one of my friends had been to the Austin location and said that this was the first week of the restaurant opening.

My friend and I decided to come here because we had heard good things about this restaurant. We were greeted nicely, and friendly staff explained how everything works, BUT everything after that was sub-par. The girl that took our order was disinterested to say the least, and was unhelpful with menu suggestions. When we got to the table, our food arrived in a timely manner, but halfway into eating my burger i found a hair in it. After ONE of us had enjoyed our meal, the waitress was nowhere to be found when we needed the check. After waiting about 20+ minutes for our separate checks, the waitress had charged the wrong items to the wrong check! Then after having an unbearably long wait just to be able to leave, we gladly did so. Needless to say we are not sure about giving this place a second chance.

We have been here twice and both times were fantastic! The restaurant is a mix of counter service and full service. You order your food and drinks at the counter, they tell you where to sit but the food is delivered to your table, any refills your server gets and dessert is offered there and your check paid at the table with your server. Very interesting concept. Great food! Ordered the Llano Poblano and it was amazing. Not too spicy, a very balanced burger. Also had the chocolate stout milkshake! Would highly recommend. Its not like your usually chocolate shake with the artifical chocolate syrup flavor. This one has depth without going to far and being over powering. Subtle hints of the beer, you will love it!

BBQ burger, fries, and a shake! Never heard of this place until we got a coupon in the mail for a free burger. (with one purchased) It was a great decision to give it a try. Customer service is amazing. We were met at the door by a nice young lady. (Danielle and her trainee Elizabeth) They took our order in line and gave us milkshake samples. We had comfy booth seats waiting for us. I cant recall ever having such great service in any restaurant, much less a burger bar. Speaking of the burgers, mine was Angus meat, BBQ sauce, cheese, grilled onions and jalapeño. I had them add mushrooms. Perfectly cooked, the fries and shakes were awesome. We have a new dinner spot that is inexpensive. Well done!

This place upset me today it is my 18th wedding anniversary I chose this place because of the humanly raised beef I was disappointed in the BURNT fries. I was served burnt fries twice in a row. Im sorry but I wont recommend this place. I paid my bull and left after speaking to Brian the manager there he offered to replace the holy grail of Kennabic fries a third time but I lost my appetite from STRESS this needs to be addressed in all areas to improve quality service. I traveled from Peoria Az to eat at this restaurant bar with high hopes like I had from TRU-Burger theyre a fabulous place I wanted to have the same experience here. Sincerely Marie Deibert :
