Ive been to quite a few Chipotles in the valley, and this is one of the worst. This place suffers from what I call "queen creek syndrome" in that the only people they hire are young teenagers. The staff is borderline rude, and like somebody said in a previous review, THEY SKIMP! This location gives you literally half of the ingredients that other Chipotles put in your burritos. If I am going to pay nearly 7 dollars for a single burrito, it should be packed with ingredients! Every other location Ive been to does not have this problem. Ive been here a couple times, but now every time my girlfriend or I suggest Chipotle one of us ends up going "ehhhh" and we end up finding another place to eat. In a town where there are not a lot of food options, you would think that this would not happen.

I dont know what happened to the management at this location but its definitely gone downhill. Almost every time we go in the staff is either scrambling from being ill prepared or chit chatting taking up more of the customers time. There have been so many instances that theyve been out of a particular item that we know better than to stop in. When we order online were constantly getting the wrong items and the burrito falls apart in our hands. I would love to keep going to this location as it is closer to our home but after our last experience Im willing to drive 20 minutes to the Power and Ray location.

I paid just over $8. dollars after taxes I feel I paid for a burrito with rice and beans very little meat on Wednesday. Today I went back hoping to try again for a better experience and lunch. That maybe it was just the server , but I experienced the same thing with the rice being stiff I will not be returning for a while maybe its just the staffs training This location has been a favorite of mine for a long time, Im just so disappointed this is the first time I have ever posted anything positive or negative again I am just disappointed. I will have to try another location.

I usually order online and theres no issue but today I had two items from an online order not filled correctly for the third time. Both items were missing fajita veggies. Last time this happened I asked them why it wasnt made properly and was told it was because they didnt happen to have any veggies ready. Maybe tell me that when you give me the food? I think I know why it occurred again tonight.... Another time I went there and got a margarita and they forgot I got one so I had to remind them when I was halfway through with my food.

Chipotle has really really good burritos, but does not have a shooting range or gun check. Ignore the sign and get a concealed carry permit. I support all businesses property rights. That means they can deny service to anyone for any reason, and that they can set the rules for their establishment. If you want a good burrito go to Chipotle, and if you want to run around with a gun go to the shooting range. Ironically you cant bring a burrito to the shooting range or theyll ask you to leave too.

Got a steak burrito, and it was full of fat. Complained so the gave me a free buritto coupon. This one was even worse, almost every bite was fatty, was horrible. I dont know what has happened, but the quality of the meat has really gone downhill. They use to use only the most tender and high quality meat, but not anymore!!!! For the price of the buritto, this is totally unacceptable. What ever you do, do NOT order the steak. Two strikes and your put, will not be returning....

CHIPOTLE!!! Yay! We love our QC Chipotle. The team is energetic and everyone is sweet. They know me there by now and pretty much know what I am going to order. The people on the line are fast, they do not skimp on their ingredients (my bowl is ALWAYS full), and the food is fresh. This is my sons favorite restaurant too -- he likes the food but also likes that they are always willing to keep the rice on one side of his bowl and the beans on the other. Score 1 for picky eaters!

The food was below Chipotle par. I have been to several Chipotle restaurants and this one was just terrible. It took forever to get the food and we were the only people in the line. When we got our food it seemed not fresh and ill prepared. The chips had no salt or lime on them, the barbacoa had no seasoning, and the chicken was dry. The only thing that was normal was the beer. Good job Coors Light.

A line worker there named Albert is the man! My family went Friday July 15th around 630pm. He was awesome I asked him for extra sauce and he didnt disappoint. Kept messing with me by putting on more! Best burrito from there ever! His attitude and energy was amazing. So amazing I tipped him $10. Great young man. That whole line that night deserves a raise! Keep them around chipotle!

I eat at this location multiple times a week and I have never had any issues. They do not skimp on the portions of meat in the meal. One of the best, if not the best, location I have been to. Everyone is nice and smiles. Every time I visit the location I notice they are taking temps of food and other ingredients. This ensures me that Chipotle is serious about food safety.

Staff can be hit or miss but have never been rude. Food taste great and plenty of variety! My favorite is how they accommodate for my food allergies and Im able to pick and choose. Only thing I would like more is for more coupons/promos for those who have the app

Its chipolte, whats not to love? Great mexi style food and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff has a bit of turn over and can at times can mess up but all in all I appreciate their service and love the food. The restaurant is clean and staff friendly.

In today for lunch, I was blown away by how nice everyone was. Got a full bowl, didnt have to beg for more peppers/onions, and the steak was cooked perfect. This location kinda went south last year, but they are back and I am so glad. Best lunch ever!

Two stars. First off I love chipotle. I just can stand coming to this location. You would think after several months the problem would fix it self with employee turn over but that is not the case. They seem to always be uptight and rude.

Said on the sit and on the door that they are open at 10:45. I get there at 10:50 and the door is locked and the just stare at me like Im crazy, I knock on the door and then they just ignore me. Awful customer service.

Its okay food. Not sure what some reviewers are expecting, it is quick food served from employees who are there to work not to be your friend. Not my favorite but when you are hungry it will do.

My family and I go to this Chipotle at least once a week, the crew members are always bright and the food is fantastic! We are always spreading the word about our local Chipotle! :)
