Honestly I just had locked my keys in my car and the men in the shop first seemed very helpful- and attempted to help me with my keys. Then they said they are going to come right back and never return . When I walked into the shop to ask what happened. Their response was, "its not our job to help you with your car". I hope you all lose your so called jobs! RUDE! POOR! CUSTOMER SERVICE. Luckily a manager from the Italian restaurant was nice enough to call AAA for me. You guys are a joke of a business! Let Karma Take Over ✌

This place is TERRIBLE. One of the male managers was insulting one of the young female employees right in front of my boyfriend and I when we stopped in for burritos and coffee. Telling her she couldnt do anything right and always messed everything up and should be working at a pizza place and worse than that... I told the other manager and he basically just thought I was complaining over nothing. These guys are pieces of s***. And their bicycle prices arent even good. Dont go.

I found the staff and manager to be very helpful. I bought a consignment bike at a great price and felt at home there right away. I have a friend in the neighborhood and we start many of our rides from the cafe. As with many other shops, you need to step up and make your presence known to get someones attention, but once thats done, they pay full attention until you get what you need.

Obviously this establishment feels that this is the way to keep customers. Apparently Bike Cafe feels that it is necessary to tell a customer that a perfectly good part is not good and exchange it for an inferior part. I will never buy from this poor excuse for a business again nor should you.

Cool people with great rental bikes. The shop is right at the Dreamy Draw trail and the canal trail system. Couldnt ask for a better location. Rent mountain bikes if you want to get adventurous. The cruisers are great for the canal trails which have stunning views of the mountains.

I went here for some basic pedals for a fixer-upper bike I got from my sister. The guy that helped me out was very nice and didnt try to sell me something ultra expensive. He joked with us and it was a very nice experience. Laid back and chill.

The dude behind the counter was very friendly and sincere... The ambiance was odd... The food, quite frankly is NOT their forte... They should stick to their expertise... bikes... It does look like a bad ass bike shop...

The worker was rude to our group. We stopped in for parts and the employee made the group of five in our part uncomfortable and unwelcome. Defiantly find a place that appreciates customers to spend my bike dollars!

My first time going here and I was Introduced to the sweetest locals! The coffee is better than StarBucks, Dutch Bros, Seattle etc. The Breakfast Sandwich was extremely filling. Over all very happy

Nice little combo, however wasnt greated at all, and stood at register for an awkward ammount of time before being recongised. There were three employees having a conversation right in front of me.

Good coffee, friendly folks. It smells like tires which is to be expected of a bicycle shop, but not the smell you expect while drinking coffee, so enjoy your beverage outside after a ride.

Excellent bike shop. Matt got us fixed up and on our way in record time. My wife and I were very impressed by him, and with our visit there yesterday. Thanks!

My cruiser had become difficult to pedal and I was considering buying a new bike. I took my cruiser in to Trailhead for a tune up and she is good as new!
