I was really disappointed in my experence with this place. But If you do go be prepared for 11 dollar burgers that look like the patties came from out of the a box from wholefoods, and were overcooked in grease, toppings that are beyond sparce, the whole thing is the size of a McDonald burger, and tastes like it had been sitting in oil(bun so soggy). The Caesar salad, which I inquired as to size and was promised entree size, looked like those you buy at the grocery store, halfed out, with some strips of carrots and three slices of cheese thrown on top, small and sad, and the chicken I ordered for it looked like a hashbrown patty that had been flattened with a spatula, however it at least tasted good compared to everyone elses. And those 11 dollar burgers dont come with anything, no fries, no pickels, and dont be bothered asking you will be treated like an a**. I was sad, I was excited about this place and thought I was ordering a great dinner for everyone and got three week parties on greasy buns the size of the generic supermarket ones just chewier, and a half a salad with a pattied chicken..worst food for the cost. Go around the corner, better service and food is found easily. Sorry. I was just as frustrated as Im sure they were. It was disappointing. Needless to say, I wont be back.

I had previously heard that Hopdoddy was mediocre at best but wanted to give it a shot to find out for myself. Needless to say, I will never take food advice from that person again. The restaurant was well lit and the staff was extremely pleasant. Menu was easy to understand and offered something for everyone, even a tuna burger! I elected to go with the El Diablo burger, quite possibly the spiciest food I have ever ingested. Seriously, be warned, its delicious AND painful. The Green Chile Queso fries were a great starting plate. I also enjoyed the Limeade for adults. To cancel out the burning sensation in my mouth I ordered a Chocolate Pretzel Nutella Milkshake and oh my god was I happy about it. I can not rave enough about how amazing that Milkshake was. It was like if you got a letter from Bill Gates and it said all your debt in the world was paid off, but in Milkshake form. Thanks to the bartender Jeff for a wonderful experience. I will be back in the future for sure!

Lovely joint for a fresh burger, taste fries and a delicious drink go wash it all down with! My husband and I have gone with and without our young girls and it works well under either circumstance. My husband loves the local beers. I love the shakes, the mini margarita and the ability to snag a well crafted chicken or turkey burger. When you enter, grab a menu and get into the "line" near the bar (if there is one - usually it is short and moves fast). When you give your order, they will tell you what table youve been assigned and you can grab your drinks and sit down. You pay your server at the end of the meal. Oh, and they do not carry Coke OR Pepsi products. Instead, they have Maine Roots FAIR TRADE CERTIFIED organically sweetened sodas. Really awesome flavors like Mexicane Cola, Ginger Brew, Blueberry, Mandarin Orange, a Prickly Pear Cactus Lemonade, Root Beer and more! Highly recommended!

MMMM burgers. Youd think a new-ish burger concept would be impossible to pull off since theyve been so extensively done already. Apparently not. Hopdoddy feels like a premium place, a premium burger, and premium service at not-that-premium of a price. Yes its more than a fast food burger and a little more than a slightly upscale budget-burger, but its significantly better. Depth of flavor, quality of meats, uniqueness of toppings, etc.. It kind of cant be beat for the price. AND its casual enough to grab a bite alone but nice enough to come at night and bring a date.

Great location, awesome atmosphere ... local beer ... hormone-free burgers .... Lively music .... high loft-ceilings ... all-window exterior walls,; naturally-lit ... covered, outdoor patio seating ... and happy hour! Power workers :: it"s a 4.5 star. Plethora of plugs around the U-bar and (2) 2-seater booths ... Only lacking larger booth seating outlets. Order food at the kitchen counter, have a seat, and the friendly, efficient server/bartender takes care of the rest.

The staff was great they got our orders in quickly then showed us to our table. First to come out was our Parmesan fries & milkshakes which were amazing especially that queso dip for the fries. Then came our burgers that were honestly top 5 in the burgers Ive had here in Arizona. I liked that all the staff were really helpful, I was given one waitress but all of the waiters and waitresses were tending to our needs. Definitely will be coming back.

If you want to order to go, you have to place it at the bar, what?! Im watching people who came in right before me finish their burgers while Im still waiting for my order to go. Plus this is my first time here and having to try to hear the busy bartender answer my questions is near impossible. Ordered lettuce wrap and get home to find its just a patty in a box. With nothing else.

The Prime time burger was good. When you walk in it confusing as to whether or not you seat yourself (you dont unless you want to sit at the bar or this one booth by the window). Then it is confusing when to pay (you dont pay at the counter where you order food). Would return now that I understand the goofy seating, ordering, paying sequence.

Unfortunate encounter with this place - got violently ill after eating here today & so did my 2-year-old. Ever more so dissatisfied because I am pregnant, and frankly its just unacceptable. The staff was friendly, the food tasted good at the time, I was pleased with the appearance of the restaurant... But the aftermath was horrible.

Stopped in here for an early dinner on a week day. it wasnt too busy. It was my first time to a Hopdoddy. The burgers are good. The fries are delicious. And they have a decent selection of beer. There are a few tvs throughout if you want to catch a game. The service was good too. I will be back to try some of the other burgers.

This place is pretty good. Kind of odd setup though. Its like fast-casual dining at first and then switches to full service after you order. Whatever. The green chili cheese dip for the fries was delicious, too bad the fries themselves were limp. I had the buffalo burger. It was OK. Nothing special.

I think its called the Alice Cooper burger something like that, but it is amazing. And friendly awesome staff. Highly recommend going there for food and good experience.

Trendy little burger spot on the corner with great burgers and beer options. Fries and shakes are also delicious. Just be prepare to pay more for the atmosphere and location, but otherwise its worth it and a great place to meet up for lunch or dinner with coworkers or friends.

Went here for the first time with my 18 month old baby. Ordered to go and something went wrong with my meal COREY assured me things would be out quickly and did everything he could to keep my little one happy while we waited. Then got home and tried the burger
