Bamboo Bakery, and its owner and operator David Pham, are nothing short of outstanding! David was a pleasure to work with, and such a breath of fresh air in the stressful whirl that wedding planning can so easily become. My fiancé and I had seen Bamboo Bakery’s amazing booth at a wedding expo, and the company had been recommended by a friend who had used them for her wedding. Our very first encounter with David, which was supposed to just be a general Q&A session to see if we wanted to utilize his services, ended with us completely designing and ordering our cake! During our meeting, David explained the process, allowed us to taste all of the great flavors, and asked us what we had in mind as far as flavor, colors, and design. After devoting several hours of his time to this one-on-one meeting with us, and walking us through the various pros and cons of different designs, styles, and structural concepts, we had our very own personalized cake designed and our delivery date secured! The prices and flavors were great, and David’s designs were out of this world! He can masterfully accommodate simple, traditional designs, outlandish and incredibly unique designs, and everything in between! On the day of our wedding, David was slated to deliver our cake later in the afternoon. However, a situation arose at our wedding venue, which threatened to derail our cake delivery plans. I called David, and he was quick to re-adjust his schedule and accommodate this potentially problematic situation. He was happy to work around this problem, and we couldn’t be more grateful that he did! Crisis averted! When it was delivered day-of, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results! Our cake looked amazing, and exactly the way we had designed it. The simple 2-D drawing on a piece of paper had been brought to life! Our guests all loved and commented on it – it was a shame my handsome husband and I had to smash it in each other’s faces! David Pham and Bamboo Bakery played a huge role in the success of our wedding, as the cake is such an integral ingredient.

David is a visionary artist and sketched a plan that perfectly interpreted their wedding cake vision. David expertly explained cake flavor options, Bamboo Bakerys one-of-a-kind "engineering" that provides hidden strong support for lofty sculptural cakes (best in area), and wedding day details. Unexpectedly, questioning opinions came from other family members the following week. David made time to meet, listen, advise, and attentively solve any concerns. We loved how David wisely advised us to not let others dictate wedding plans and stay true to ones dreams and visions. He set us back on track and instilled confidence. On the wedding day, David personally delivered an exquisite Bamboo Bakery wedding cake that looked exactly like the original drawing. Perfect! Then came the truth in tasting. The cake was moist, uniformly textured, delicate, and bursting with overlays of fresh flavored cake dancing between ethereal frosting and filling. Amazing! Wedding guests complimented the cake and guests enjoyed seconds. The cake was the most delicious wedding cake! We have met other clients who shared heartfelt stories about their beloved Bamboo Bakery wedding cakes and how they became customers for life. Count us in! David now helps us select cakes for all family celebrations and holidays. Do not question the location of this bakery or think you need to order from a small bakery with a trendy, decorative shop front. Bamboo Bakery has the expertise to merge visually stunning cakes with delectable tastes that will have you coming back for more! David is creative, warm, attentive, detailed oriented, and the perfectionist you want when celebrating lifes special events. Highly recommend!

The moment we walked into the Bamboo Bakery we were greeted by David who welcomed us very warmly and allowed us to take a look at some samples and to choose different elements and liked and wanted to incorporate in our wedding cake. David is such an amazing artist and drew the cake for us right on the spot and showed us what our cake would look like. He made the whole experience very personable and excellent customer service. The cake tasting was awesome, loved so many of the different flavors it was hard to choose. David was very flexible and patient with me as things changed with the wedding themed and number of people and there was never any issues and he was very sweet with us. On the night of our wedding when we saw our cake we were amazed how beautiful it looked and it tasted even better then the first time at the tasting! I would recommend Bamboo Bakery for any couple planning on having a wedding or for any occasion! You made our wedding extra special! We really appreciate your craft and dedication for what you do! Thank you David and your team at Bamboo Bakery! :)

The entire process for ordering our wedding cake and cupcakes was easy and stress free! They are timely in responding to questions whether via email or the phone and they are willing to do whatever they can to help make your special event that much better. Now, enough about how great David is as a business owner...he is even better at making amazing cakes and cupcakes! Im just glad there were leftover cupcakes for me to enjoy all by myself. These are literally the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life and Im not usually a dessert fan, especially cake or cupcakes. But, the tremendous flavors and the out of this world whipped cream frosting truly "takes the cake"! Sorry for the terrible pun, but the fact of the matter is all wedding vendors should be as kind and amenable as David and the Bamboo Bakery staff. We will definitely use them in the future for any special occasions where an awesome cake is needed.

Thank you David for personally delivering our wedding cake and ensuring that it did not melt in the 92 degree weather!!!!! Our venue did not have a fridge in which to store the cake and it was an all outside venue. David called my husband and notified him that he would personally deliver the cake himself. He was there on time before the cake cutting and the cake turned out exactly as he drew it our for us on paper. We were very happy with our cake especially the taste and quality of the cake. We ordered the almond vanilla cake for our guests and our top tier made especially for us was made of chocolate mousse. My absolute favorite. It was soo good my mother took half of our wedding cake! lol. Thank you once again David. GO here and get your wedding cake!!!!!

AWESOME Cakes! Our family been using Bamboo Bakery for all of our family occasions for past few years now and I have to say I highly recommend them. Great cake flavors, fillings, (a lot to chose from) and best of all the cake decorating are are pretty awesome and on point. Theres been a few times where Ive taken David (owner) a picture of what design I want on the cake and always follow through w/ a little touch of his style which enhances the design even better with 2D and 3D cake work. David the owner is very professional, takes time to listen, and friendly. By the way family favorites: Vanilla Cake w/ Vanilla Pineapple and Pink Champagne Cake w/ Strawberry Bavarian
