I am upgrading my previous 2-star to a 5-star review, because the Supervisor, Brandi took such great care of me. I called the next day and explained what happened. Brandi explained that when they ask the customer "leave room for cream and sugar?" that it means they will add the cream and sugar to the product." Original review below. --------------------------------- They have messed up my coffee again! They ask "leave room for cream and sugar?" I say yes, so that it doesnt seep over and drip into my car. However, sometimes they go ahead and add cream and sugar! Note to customer service professionals: "Leave room for cream and sugar" = Dont fill it up all the way, we will be adding stuff to it later "Want cream and sugar" = CBTL will add the cream and sugar

Been here a few times, coffees always good employees very helpful with recommendations if you want to try something new, never had a complaint. Until today. Decided to try some hot food out, got the burrito (egg, cheese, potato). Highly disapointed in it, not only was it loaded with cheese might as well been a quesadilla, it was $5 bucks and microwaved and unflaverful. Mixteca is down the road $5 bucks for a fat freshly made steak or chorizo burrito. Insulating to all burritos guys. SMH. If I could separate the stars: Employees: 5 Coffee: 4 Burritos: 1 You got 2 for the employee and coffee.

Far superior to Starbucks in taste and quality. I find prices to be cheaper compared to the other coffee places. Starbucks doesnt even offer the 32oz size for blends. I have friends who work for Starbucks but get there drinks at the Coffee Bean! Delicious coffee hot or blends. The cold brew teas are OMG! The customer service is always great. We soooo wish there were more locations.

Great Hot, Iced, or Blended Coffee! Big fan of the small pellet ice used for cold drinks. Exceptional flavorful coffee, Americano is BOLD, probably a small would suffice. Occasionally indulge in a blended drink with syrups and whip. Convenient drive thru available w/friendly effecient service. Always consistently good drinks at Coffee Bean from CA to AZ & NV!

I love their blended chai tea. Dont really like their menu though. Its a little confusing, even for the employees. I asked for an ice blended chai tea... Exactly what it says on the menu and I always have to explain it. Ice blended chai tea is kinda self explanatory though.

Love this place! I always go thru drive thru and every time everyone is always hyper friendly and always asking if I want to add a food to my order. I always order the 32oz iced hazelnut coffee and its made to perfection every single time. Very satisfied every visit!

I had a fantastic Nitro Cold Brew. Baked goods looked fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and keep the store incredibly clean and neat. Inside seating is limited but they have a nice outdoor area that is covered. Internet was SLOW and limited power outlets.

I love the comfortable seating and environment. The baristas are very friendly and bring the food and drink to you. It isnt noisey so you can read or talk easily. Love this place!
