I write this with a heavy heart as I respect the owner but hes got some stuff he *needs* to change. First off, all one star ratings seem to be based on bad customer service and food poisoning. Id like to add to this. I think hes used to old ways before germs were discovered but he keeps a dirty rag to wipe everything down. I watched as he grabbed a spatula wedged between the counter and toppings refrigerant to pick up my two slices and plop them down on the counter. Then with bare hands, digged around for the topping I asked for, added them to a pre-cooked cheese pizza (I get this for speed reasons) and threw it in the oven. Then he handled the payment, still bare handed, and took a call right after. So now money, register and a cordless phone have been handled after food, no washing hands. He was what I considered to be kinda rude but extremely forward with the caller, a complaint here I noticed myself. Anyway, the worst part. After all this handling of pizza, money, phone, chicken wings (for the callers order) a couple walked in and ordered 2 slices with toppings. He never washed his hands to make their pizza -_-" That said, the pizza was pretty good. I just have no idea if I can expect to be sick tomorrow :/

I wish there was 0 stars because they dont even deserve 1. Worst experience ever!! I dont usually leave reviews but this one I really needed to Im taking public transit on a boiling summer day being pregnant and have a drink with me I just purchased not knowing about this place until after I seen it crossing the street I was going to go to another food place but wanted to give these people a chance but I will never step foot again the owner was very rude and unprofessional and so was the snobby girl behind the counter they immediately told me u cant eat here those drinks need to go(such greed) no sympathy for us at all. Right off the bat we come in and they attack me are you eating here or leaving its like I didnt get a hello or welcome. So I will make sure I tell all my friends and family to never give this place a chance its pretty hard nowadays to find a friendly customer service environment.

Being borne and raised on Long Island, Im always on the look out for a little taste of home. UNFORTUNATELY this place is not even close. I ordered a Sicilian Pie, hoping for a authentic Sicilian Pie. The sauce was barely palatable, not remotely resembling any pizza sauce I have every tasted. Then the crust on the pie was worse then week old flat bread. So bad the dog wouldnt eat it. I called back to Toci Pizza To complain about their product and was told that I had no idea what true New York pie is like. The response was not what I would call courteous, or professional. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone and it is a crime that they try to pass their pies off as New York. Their pizza pies should be "swimmin with the fishes". But that would be dumping hazardous waste. "NO STARS"

Im a transplanted Jersey girl, and know its nearly impossible to find good NY style pizza here in Az. This pizza is about as legit as Ive found in Az. The sauce is really good (its not sweet!), the cheese is great, and the slice folded in half and the point sagged like its supposed to. Service was excellent, and as soon as you hear that Brooklyn accent from the owner, who was very nice btw, you know he knows what hes doing. Ill definitely be back and recommend Tocis to my friends. The atmosphere is comfy like a real NY/NJ pizzeria, and they have BEER. Im also a small local business owner and know how important Google reviews are. Give Tocis a try, you wont be disappointed. Not sure what beyogibear below is talking about.

Ive been coming here since they opened. The food is consistently good. Love their pizza & wing special. They have a good selection of beer. Tv for watching sports if you want. Very family friendly. They have a fantastic room off main dining area if you want to have a larger family dinner which we used when family came in from out of town. Wings are good, love the bbq style. Owner is super friendly & always calls me by name. Service has always been friendly, fast. A bit slower when they are really busy but not bad. Great close locally owned pizza place with excellent pizza. This is a great family owned family place.

ower has no respect for his customers... i have spent so much money eating here as well as ordering out. i called to make a delivery order and he said he would not come because it was too far although he previously has made the trip. he explained it was because he didnt have his delivery driver and he would be making the drive himself and didnt want to go out of his way which i dont accept because its only an 8 min ride. way to treat a loyal customer. ive told so many people about this place being from new york and feeling like this place was a slice of home. the manager has a horrible attitude.

I absolutely love this place. Everything Ive had so far has been delicious. I recommend this place to everyone. Comfortable environment. People have been really nice and helpful. The owner is awesome! Hes super nice and always talks to us like were old friends. Ive seen some bad reviews in here for the customer service, but we have never experienced that. Maybe they were having a bad day? Maybe the people leaving bad reviews were being douchebags themselves? I dont know. I just wouldnt put too much merit into it until you try it yourself. Ive never had anything to complain about.

Every time we go there we are greeted like family! The food is amazing!! Everything we have ever ordered has been perfect, and the wings are absolutely delicious! They never scrimp on the pizza toppings or the helpings! Weve been going here for three years, and I actually crave their sausage pizza. The prices are very good too. We just had 3 extra large pizzas with all different toppings, plus 6 drinks, all for under $50.00! Everyone is crazy full, and we brought home the equivalent of a whole pizza home.

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME AND FILLING! GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, AWESOME STAFF, THEY PUT PEPPER ON THERE FRIES-FREAKING AWESOME CUZ I WOULD OF. THERE BREAD ROLLS WERE OFF THE HOOK AND THERE PORTIONS AND LUNCH DEALS WERE AMAZING!!! AND THEY DELIVER, BUT WE ATE IN. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK! AND THERE PHILLY SANDWICH WAS TO DIE FOR AND THE CHICKEN PARMESAN, IT WAS CHEESY AND THE CHICKEN WAS MOIST AND DELISH! THIS PLACE IS GRRRREEEAAAATTTT!!!
