Upon walking in, there was no one at the hostess table, then after a couple of minutes the hostess wandered over and sounded like shes talking with marbles in her mouth. She wanted to put us at the bar (there were a ton of tables visibly open), but we asked if we could have a table instead. She puts us at a hightop table. Okay, fine. Were starving, so we go with it. Then our server informed us that she forgot to put in our appetizer. Okay, were really starving at this point, but our entrees are ready, so for the love of god can we please have them now and forget about the appetizer. Meanwhile, the dolt hostess is seating people at the tables that she didnt want to put us at earlier. One of our entrees were really tasty, and the other one tasted like garbage. We finish our meals and asked our server for a box. Waited for nearly 15 min, no server, no box. A different server comes by to clear our table, so we ask HIM for a box. 15 min, no sign of either server. ANOTHER server swings by and asks if we need a box. At this point we nearly exploded out of frustration on this poor guy, but bless his heart, he did get us a box AND our bill, which he gave us a discount on because of the craptastic service. Were never going back to The Hub.

This place is HUGE!! It has a very large outside patio, with couches, fireplaces, multiple large TVs to watch different games on, and a separate outside bar. The inside is massive also. Tons of seating room, and tables arent packed together like sardines, which is great! The inside also has a million TVs all throughout the entire restaurant so no matter where your sitting you can see. Also to mention...they have awesome drink specials especially during the week. Plus great food which says Alot because Im an extremely picky eater! Kid friendly, and my kids love it there! They have a huge treasure box that the kiddos get to pick out of it when you leave. Huge parking lot too!! And they have really friendly staff.

So I recently went to both locations, and if like me, you like wings that are not drenched in sauce, this is the place. Their smoked wings are AMAZING (especially with the Cajun dry rub for some heat) and I am not kidding when I say that the meat FALLS OFF the bone. After going to the east Mesa location on the way back from Saguaro Lake, I had such a craving a week later that I drove all the way to this location from downtown Phoenix just to get some wings to go. I forgot how I ordered them, so a server named Katie was super helpful, and I had a beer while I waited and Nick the bartender was super knowledgeable about all the beers, as there were a couple locals drafts I had never had. Highly recommended!

First time we visited The Hub, we had been to the previous bars at this address. I will say we really like The Hub the best. The menu has everything under the sun. Wife had the Mac and cheese with pulled pork minus the jalapeños. She liked a lot. I had the Hub burger (double). It had tones of meat. Close to 2 inches of burger meat I think. Pink in the middle with some char on the outside. Just like I ordered. We ate half that night and the rest the next day. It was a perfect date night out on the patio with the misters going. I sound like I work for the place but I dont. We just liked the place that much. I hope the restaurant can keep up the quality.

Since this place has opened Ive had horrible service each time. The only reason Ive been here 5 times and given them my business is because friends have dragged me there. Tonight was the last time I will ever visit, 20 minutes and no recognition besides the inside staff that said hello. Outside service was..well nonexsistent to say the least. I dont usually post reviews unless I get outstanding service I will give praise. In this case Im willing to make a exception. If you like wasting your time and money in waiting only to be have less than mediocre service then by all means this is your spot.

Amazing food! I especially love the smoked wings. The beer selection is awesome. And the staff is super friendly and accommodating! They opened up one side of their restaurant, after theyd cleaned it and closed it up, for our large group, and even made sure to have several of their wait staff check on us to make sure we didnt feel forgotten. I love both locations of the hub, and recommend them to anyone looking for great food and great drinks

Went in to try the smoked wings, heard rave reviews. Got our order and it was ice cold. The manager cane over and said they would replace it comped. Got new food, even hot the food was mediocre. When we got our bill there were two orders of wings, when I asked for an explanation the manager said "I comped the first order but had to charge for the replacement". Guess he doesnt understand what comping means. Gave it a try, wont ever go back.

Did you wake up today ready to overpay for incredibly mediocre food? Well then come on over to the hub! Im not sure if the chefs here know that there are these magical things called seasonings and spices but either way they seem content with serving bland, unappetising food. Service was decent but in no way could ever make up for whats happening in the kitchen. Left here feeling cheated and ripped off.

Chicken tenders were awful. Raising canes 10 times better. 3 tenders and a small handful of fries was 10 dollars when you can go to raising canes and get a caniac (6 tenders, toast, and fries) for 8 dollars. The tenders were burnt and very greasy. Fries were ok. The bread was very disgusting and the cheese on it was nasty. Cabbage was VERY raw! Otherwise it was Good service and a very nice waitress.

Went on a pretty simple Saturday afternoon. Wait staff was very friendly, especially if you are ordering something. We hung out after our meal and played some cards. They still checked on us even though we werent consistently ordering as much. Food prices can be a little high, but the selection is phenomenal for being a bar. Happy with the taste of what we chose.

Great service and the macaroni and cheese was AWESOME!! The only reason Im leaving four stars is the hostess who sat us got extremely annoyed at our request for a booth and then made us sit and wait for ten minutes staring at the open table she then sat us at after making us "pay the price" for our request. Server and kitchen did great though!!

Went for a friends birthday, there was about 20 of us . Service was good, plenty of friendly servers and bartenders. I did not order any food, but the food that others ordered looked good and no complaints. Cool place, didnt have that snobby college atmosphere about it like some of the other bars around there. And my tab was reasonable.

Got here 7 oclock on a Saturday, it looks like a car show that just ended , nice crowd but not too crowded. Sat on the patio and the heaters are on. Our waiter was Richard nice tattoos very nice to look at. Very attentive good service. Food was excellent got our table to relatively quickly. Over all a good experience. I recommend it.
