Came in on a Saturday afternoon, ordered an original burger cooked medium, came out dropping blood and cooked at best, medium rare. Let the server know and asked for it to be cooked a little longer and she said, let me see what i can do and walked away (without even taking the burger back to the kitchen). Then another server came over and asked what the problem was, i explained that the burger was under cooked, he tells me that is just how they cook the medium burgers. I asked again if they could re cook it, he says let me see what i can do and walks away. Finally, the first sever takes my burger back to the kitchen and about 8 minutes later brings the same burger back, ripped in half but cooked well done. When she drops out off to me she tells me, next time make sure you know that our medium burgers are bloody. Based on the two servers responses to me politely asking to have my burger cooked more i lost my appetite. The server then basically ignored us the remainder of our meal. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and your definition of medium and mine might be a little different, but this was at best medium rare. Customer service is key in the service industry and it seems not to be an area of focus for this staff (wasnt any silver ware, napkins, had to ask 3 times for condiments). The only reason i gave it two stars is because my wife and mothers food was decent.

I would totally come back here! In fact I think were going to become regulars here :D We came for lunch and my hubby got a great deal on the 1455 burger with fries on lunch special for $7.95 and I had the guacamole bacon burger which came with home made guac and chillies (which I promptly gave to my hubby cuz I cant do spicy). It was SO good! Next time Im getting the gluten free bun because I didnt see it until after I ordered. The staff is so friendly & attentive. I dont think our drinks got empty the whole time we were here. Noticed they have done awesome beers on tap well have to try some other time too. Great place!

Tried this place out because of the good reviews. Ordered a classic burger, medium rare. Came out very fast and was rare. Took a while to get my waiters attention. Asked for a more cooked burger because this was too rare. He took it to the kitchen. He came back and told me that he would have to charge me for a new burger, he couldnt do it for free! Um.... What???!! I said forget it then. Finished my beer, paid for the burger I couldnt eat and left. Couldnt believe it. Still in shock! No customer service. Still gave 2 stars because the fried pickles and Parmesan garlic fries were good. Definitely wont be returning.

Went to this place today and the food was awful. I got a regular burger with cheese and the burger had 0 flavor to it and was extremely greasy. The grease was basically dripping off the burger as i took bites. The burger came with fries and they gave me like 6 french fries to eat with my burger. I went here also a couple months ago and got chicken that was greasy and had no flavor as well.The quality and quantity you pay for is poor. I work close to area and will not be going here in the future.

We tried this restaurant on a Friday night and it was great. Service was prompt and our drinks were never more than half empty before we were asked if we wanted more. The pretzel and beer cheese appetizer was great and I had wings as my entree. They have quite a few TVs mostly showing sports so I could definitely see this as a good spot during college or professional football weekends.

I just wanted to share that Ronda and I stopped at 1455 American Grill this past weekend and had the special, Green Chili Mac and Cheese with Buttermilk Chicken. It was absolutely delicious and made a couple of cold beers taste mighty good. It was a job well done and wanted to compliment them for a good experience every time we go there. See you again soon!

I usually wouldnt expect anything other than hyped-up bar food at a bar & grill. I went here on a friends recommendation. The steak was amazing and cooked just right. This is a top grade steak place that just happens to have the look and feel of a bar. Not at all stuffy. Been back twice with the same results. Wonderful.

Amazing food!!! Great staff!!! Fast, Friendly, Quality service. Not just your typical bar food and levels above the rest. Ive tried and loved all the hamburgers they make and the green chili pork is absolutely amazing! If your hungry, its definitely worth stopping by, it will probably be your new favorite spot!!!

Great beer selection, even better food. Every time Ive been here, it hasnt been busy and I cant imagine why. If you havent been here, go for some rad bar and grill cuisine at a great price, and the burgers are cooked just right.

The food is great. Your expectations for a grill will be surpassed. Its a casual atmosphere with a nice decor and above average food. If you have food allergies they have exceptional options for that as well.
