Terrible drive through service. 1st when I asked the cashier to repeat my order back to me before going to the window he was so hesitant and furious that he repeated it back so fast I am sure he hardly could understand his own words. When I got to the window I got one plastic bag with 3 individual bags inside. One was missing medium fries and I told him. He asked to look at my receipt which I gladly handed him. He said its not on your receipt so that will be $2.49 for a medium french fry. I had just had my card run for $21 and he asked for my card again. I said I wouldnt mind if you put that at your expense for this hassle as I did order it at the speaker. Prior to this he tried to hand me a second, large plastic bag with my 2 large drinks inside! Who does that! I said please remove those sodas that are sideways and spilling and give them to me NOT in a bag please. He did so with a huge attitude. After all this I get home which I live 2 minutes away, and all 3 burgers were cold and appeared to be overloaded with onions. We had to heat up all of our food. The French fries were very cold and had a texture that tells you the potatoes were sitting out forever. The worse service and food Ive ever had there. We visit here 3 times a week and this will surely be our last visit. Before I even drove off after I said thank you, I went to ask for napkins to be put in the bag and the young kid working shut the window on me. I sat there and honked lightly to get his attention and he refused to open the window again to see what I needed. Terrible. I will take this experience to the highest level management in this stores district. I would like to recognize one employee here who always delivers incredible service which is a much older gentleman who usually works late nights. He is a manager based on his name tag. He is always pleasant, the food is actually FRESH when he takes our order and he is ALWAYS friendly, smiling and gives great customer service. Lastly, I got sick from the cheeseburger within 30 minutes. If I am still throwing up tomorrow this will definitely go further than this post

I have no clue what happened to this place! It use to be top notch now its terrible! From watching management yell at employees to my order always being wrong. Every time. With a large family going to this place is about 50 bucks to pay for the wrong order or getting cold food.Even when I dine in. Its ridiculous.Get ready for this.. Which was the very last time I went to this location and its this very reason why I will never return to this location. For once they mail us a coupon buy 1 meal get the second meal free! So my husband went to order are usual BUT when he came home every single burger was WRONG AND COLD AND WE WERE MISSING FOOD. TO TOP IT OFF WE WERE CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 LARGE FRYS BUT DIDNT RECEIVE 5 LARGE FRYS MATTER IN FACT WE WERE MISSING A FRY! The order was never repeated and the drive threw girl was rude. I was so mad but it was late and we needed to eat and get the kids to bed. So I called the next day and spoke with a pleasant lady named Miss B. (Shes worked there for years, always nice always pleasant and usually when shes working our order is correct. I have no clue why Ed, the Owner, hasnt just handed her the General Manager position if he did business would boom No Problem- shes even on top of the cleaning schedule. She why the soda pop machine is cleaned ever week or less) Anyways, I told her what happened she apologized and said we could come in and shed replace everything and give me back THE MONEY THE WRONGFULLY TOOK. I go in a few days later and the manager on duty wouldnt validate what I was previously told he told me he would give me a burger no cheese and that was it then refused to refund the fry money the took. I was so mad. I left called the next day spoke with Linda the gm and she said I could have my money back, absolutely ridiculous. They have lost a great customer I will never return to this Whataburger. They touch money then food without using gloves they dont follow protocol what so ever.They dont even make the signature burger the way its suppose to be made. the place is a disaster.

Went there around 1 pm for lunch today. I went through the drive-thru and it was super busy, so they asked that I park in "Lane B". It was a little bit of a wait, but it was lunch-rush, so I expected it to be busy and expected there to be somewhat of a wait. When it was my turn, a young man named Skyler comes out with my drinks and immediately apologized for the extensive wait, and thanked me for my patience. He knew which order was mine, and didnt hesitate to ask, "Um... did you have...???" which is common at other fast-food restaurants with this system. The food was fresh and hot, and delicious, and most of all, PRETTY DARN ACCURATE! The only thing that was incorrect was I had ordered a small sweet tea, and received a coke. Everything else was correct, even down to the combo with no mayo, no onion, add ketchup. I was super happy, and would go back any time! I also saw another girl running around delivering food to a vehicle, and she smiled and waived at me as I made eye contact, and watched her walk back into the restaurant. These guys both maintained upbeat attitudes, despite the rush, which is important. Any Whataburger location I go to I experience perky employees, which makes me feel a lot better. I had just gotten there after a bad experience at store I had gone to shop to, and so the friendly attitudes and faces helped to turn my bad mood around. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

So, I discovered Whataburger in Temple Tx however, I moved back to Lake Havasu City where there is not a restaurant. Since, I am in Phx once a week, on my way out I always stop at the one on Bell road near the 101. I had a disscusion with the drive thru gal about the fact that they ALWAYS put raw onion on my burger. Sure enough, when I got it, it was saturated in onion. I went back and spoke with the manager this time, Ricardo. Not only was he promt to have it fixed quickly, he handle the employee, who immediately fessed up to making the mistake, kindly. He did not make a scene or embarass her. He was professional and apologetic. He threw a fry and pie in my bag for free and also offered me a free meal my next visit. I am very happy with the out come and I WILL be going back my next trip to Phx. Job well done Ricardo. Thank you!!

They are terrible at getting your order correct! Half the time I go there they give me the wrong items, wrong drinks, wrong saucrd for salads or missing items or sauces or drinks. They cant read tickets properly to save their lives and its so unfortunate because there is a manager there that is such an amazing and courteous employee, when he works, nothing goes wrong. But when hes off, it shows completely. If hes not there, the staff blows off customers and their respect I have for them din more and more each time I go! Im getting so irritated and pissed off that Id rather drive 10 miles to the next whataburger than go to this one down the street
