The person who appeared to be a Supervisor is always, bubbly and cheerful. And Customer service driven. New guy (no name tag) was also very friendly and was his first day. I think that location is hidden a bit. Maybe a sandwich board would help by Cactus. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely worth 5 stars. Needs more than one soup choice, should always have chicken noodle and a soup of the day. Restaurant appeared clean and well stocked. The Associates greeted every customer as they walked in the door a few by name. The Supervisor has a good knowledge of the business. There is sometimes an Asian Lady( who always seems stressed) who works here, who is not friendly or customer orientated at all. Was glad to not see her here today as the atmosphere and dinning experience is so much different in a positive way. Great Job! The new guy is definitely going to be an added success with his personality! Ill be back soon!

Walked in with only a few people in line. And 3 people working and still took me more than 10 min to make it half way down the line. Bad communication between employees and making sandwiches. One sandwich I ordered had avocado but the one in the case looked so bad. So they opened a new one from the back. Great except it tasted bad and the sandwich was uneatable. I returned to get a refund because I wasnt able to eat lunch with my wife. I wanted to return everything except the 2 cookies our kids ate and one drink. And they almost didnt let me return the other drink even though only one sip was taken but eventually did. They said that there was nothing wrong with the other cookies so they didnt refund those either. But in the end they didnt even say they were sorry for serving me bad food . I wouldnt recommend this location, under new management or not.

Normally great service, this last visit I was disappointed to see the guy behind the counter slather BROWN avocado spread on my sandwich, wish you would be more cautious about this, I understand that its just oxygenated but is definitely not pleasing to the eye, and also doesnt taste fresh. He then added very little toppings and when I would ask for more it was still not up to standards. couldnt even eat the sandwich when I got home. Hopefully my next visit wont be like this.

Great place to grab some quick lunch or dinner. This subway is always clean and welcoming, employees fast and friendly. They also accept all subway coupons - love the buy one get one free. They make some awesome giant subs here - prefect for birthdays and parties! The brand new Ruben subs are so tasty. Check out this subway sometime!

Great new owner and restaurant manager. Friendly atmosphere, clean fresh and fun. Customer service is much better with the new crew. If anyone has had a bad experience in the past. I suggest you try again. Im glad I did. From now on, this is my go to Subway...

Worst service. Bread was squish. Ordered honey oat bread, but was given wheat..at the end I told her, she said..."its the same bread"...??? Then u pay it. Walked out.
