Ive never been treated so poorly in my life!!!! We went on a Friday night with another couple for some fun but were sorely disappointed. The was some apparent misunderstanding that caused a manager to aggressively enter our bay and loudly accuse us of stealing food from another party, when he realized he was WRONG, did he apologize, no he proceeded to tell us that the food was bad and we would most likely get ill from eating it. The thing was several bays around us were eating the same food, but he did not approach or say a word to any of the other paying customers around us. After he left, we asked our server to send over his manager, and they sent over this young girl who listened but when questioned about her position and title there, it was determined she reported to him and had no authority to even comp our time in the bay, or at least that what she told us. We were so upset, we filed a corporate complaint, over 3 months ago. and guess what?? We never heard a word from them. I hate to pull the race card but since we were the only people of the color of there and the only ones addressed that way and I cant help but think he thought it was ok and the fact they just tried to sweep it under the rug and act as if it was ok to speak to paying customers that way left a foul taste in our mouths. I will continue to share this experience with anyone who asks about Top Golf in Gilbert. Like I said up front, I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life!!

Disappointing. I went here with my family over the weekend, and the first thing we had to do was make a membership with them where we paid for the cards. They then had us wait for an area to open up despite the FULL third floor being empty. Our spot was on the far left which is unfortunately a very bad position for anyone who plays on their right. All of the golfing goals were laid towards the right except for two that are past 120 yards! Unless the player plays on their left and swings right, or the right-players turn at an angle the balls will not get in the goals. Before the game started I was asked to get rid of any food/drink despite them having no food allergy options. They let me keep my bottled drink but after telling the waitress my gluten allergy I was promptly ignored for food ordering. The rest of our party was given food and it was very awkward to say the least. Combine all of this with their machine or staff asking if we wanted to continue well, it wasnt very enjoyable. I will not be going back here again. I understand that theyre a business but asking each person to make a membership and then checking every 15 minutes to see if theyll pay another hour or to leave is wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has food allergies (since they dont seem to let you have your own food brought in) , plays on their right side, or uses a wheelchair considering their long ramp up.

We went in for a birthday. There were 4 of us. When we first got there we ordered appetizers and half way through the game ordered our food. It wasnt until the game was over that our food got there. Our waitress asked if we were going to continue playing when she brought our food out, and we told her we probably would after eating. She said okay and walked away. 10 minutes later she comes back up and tells us there is a wait for bays starting and if were not planning on playing again we would probably need to move t the bar or asked if we wanted to pay out. We watch her talk to her manager and come back saying her manager didnt look like she was coming to talk to us so we were probably fine. She gives us our check after we offered to move, we give her a card and after she takes it back her manager conveniently comes up to tell us to leave because there is a wait. AFTER, they take the check. After spending over $200 that night and much more before on separate occasions. I understand things happen and we were more than happy to move but there was no Im sorry, no can we help you move to the bar just a cold shoulder like we were taking up space even with only a couple people at the bar and one group of 5 up front "waiting". We used to love this place, even brought family here from out of town but now... we are very disappointed to say the least.

Went Sunday 18th. at about 4:45 price goes up at 5pm. They Tell me there is a 15 min wait. 3rd floor wide open. 1st floor wide open. Customer service has gone out the window. So if you want a nice place to work on your swing dont go here. This is bowling for non-golfers. No customer service very pricey so not worth it. So I asked the child behind the host booth if I could hit up stairs or down stairs so I could have a bit of quite and not be around all the drunk people. Nope she said. We dont have servers to cover those areas. I said Im a big boy if I really need something which I did not, I will walk to the bar like an adult. Nope.. when did it become OK to say NO... so I wait and walk around to find open bins everywhere and employees hitting down stairs where I was told was not open. I just came to lossen up and work on swings. This is a bowling alley atmosphere. So when i pay im now on tge 5pm time price even though i was there at 530 (entire other story about bringing your own driver) Will never go back. This place is not for golfers. This is a joke.

We met up with about 15 of our friends and had a great time playing golf! We reserved everything ahead of time so that was not an issue, but our waitress messed up our bill 4 different times and lost my debit card for about 20 minutes. We chalked it up to her having a bad night, so we went to a lounge area to order some more drinks. The draft beers we ordered were still not at our table 30 minutes later. When we asked for a manager a guy with the name tag "handicap" came up and told us that they were too busy to serve us in that area and that we should go to standing room only at the bar if we wanted service. After we pointed out that 2 other tables right next to us got their drinks and food timely he told us there was not much he could do to help us. Probably the poorest excuse for service I have seen in a while. Though the golfing part of it was a lot of fun the poor service and arrogant attitude of staff there really left us with a bad taste!

First time here was a good experience, no wait on a Friday night. I didnt try the food the first time but the second time I did and I had a bad experience. My burger was so raw I could swear they killed the cow and slapped the meat in the burger without cooking it. I was grossed out by all the blood. I told them if they could just bring me out another one. They did and the manager (jake) came by and told me he was going to take it off of the tab since they made a mistake. I checked my bank statement and they still charged for it, I told the manager and he stated that he wasnt going to charge for the bloody one. WELL OF COURSE WHY WOULD YOU. I proceeded to tell him that he made it seem like he was going to just take the burger off the tab conpletely since they made a mistake. my friends were done with their food by the time mine came, I waited a good 30mins before it came out and when it did my fries were cold.
