I work at another store in this mall, and am glad to have the option of something healthier than fast food for my lunch hour. The subs are always good, they put in a decent amount of meat and cheese, the bread is always fresh, and the best part--unlike the people at Sub*Way, they never crush the heck out of my sandwich to cut it in half. Sometimes the service can be hit-or-miss; Ive never had anyone be flat-out rude to me, but most of the workers just bust out your order as quick as they can with as little conversation as possible. But hey, it tastes good and is done quickly, so, I have no complaints.

This place is so disappointing, I made an order and my food wasnt even ready 40 minutes later when I arrived, then the girls working, one named crystal were very rude, not too mention they messed my order up. I called back to complain and was hung up on, I will never ever go back to this shop nor recommend it to anyone. LAZY ASSES

Made my sandwich couldnt get the card reader to work finally I said keep the sandwich left went to firehouse no problem and now a firehouse fan. Funny thing that as many times I have bought There they would say the sandwich on us sorry for the problem. But they threw it into the trash . Now that is poor customer service.

I love the food at firehouse and Im okay with the price because you only get what you pay for. I did have a problem with this location due to the fact that they neither War hair nets or plastic gloves to make the sandwiches and the young man who made my sandwich didnt have long hair hanging down in his face.

The staff is nice. The subs are the best! I only have two complaints the work station could be cleaner and they always overcharge me. Its a bummer cause it adds up and cancels out my military discount. I hope it can be fixed I love their food.

The elderly lady that works here has always been a pleasure but the girl with tattoos on her wrist was rather rude, rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't enjoy her job, subs are good but service kind of sucks!!

Usually a good spot for a sub, but staff is beyond slow. Stood in line for 5 mins while 3 employees bsd with a friend. Went to Firehouse instead.
