All Complaints about the Food Prior to about 8/2014 give or take a month need to be disregarded. There has been a New Chef in place at Rookies as well as some staff changes and it Truly could not be better. The Food is awesome and fresh! Delicious favorites like fish and chips, Southern Fried Chicken, The Burgers are AMAZING! There is also some unique things on the menu that You will never see anywhere else ... Try the Scooby-Doo. The Atmosphere is friendly and light ; The Front and Back of the House staff make this the Place to Be in Anthem. No CHAIN FRANCHISE Bar and Grill can top Rookies Food and Staff!

Served us raw pork...staff was nice but gave us raw pork sliders...dark in the restaurant so we ate half of it before we noticed. .. manager apologized said he thought they were precooked frozen...As if serving frozen food is a good thing...you should probably know how to cook your own menu before poisoning your guests...pork is very dangerous. ..and they still dropped off the bill as if it were no big deal. ..my wife and daughter got very sick...avoid

We have lived in Anthem for about 4 years now and have been back and forth about this joint. Sometimes its decent then other times just for the birds. This will be the last time we will be coming here. Menu needs to be changed and offer better items. We ordered the Chili and it tasted like an ash tray and I smoke it was god awful. We need some better restaurants in this town like ASAP !!!

This place was a great place to try while on vacation. We are glad we stopped through after stopping by the Harley Davidson in Anthem. Good was awesome. The wings were super good as well as the onion rings. I tried the catfish tacos and my husband had the Buffalo chicken flatbread. Both were great! I would go back for sure.

Ive returned from living in Ireland and began a search for a local pub. This place is great. The service is fantastic, both behind the bar and the servers, drink prices are reasonable and they make a delicious burger. They have a solid selection of beers available as well.

We were not seated our greeted, only one server for about twenty guests. Waited 8 mins for drink order food took more than 30 mins for chicken strips, wings, and green salad. Food is mediocre at best. Not worth the price. Will not be back again.

My favorite sports bar in all of North Phoenix. The food tastes amazing, great wings (get them double Daves Style) friendly staff, nothing more you could ever ask for in a neighborhood bar!
