We went up there to try it out. We are new to the area and I read the reviews and thought it would be worth a try. The first thing that went wrong was that they dont sell beer on Sunday; which isnt their fault, I just didnt remember. When we got our order, the first thing that came to mind was I could have done better at home. I ordered the chicken enchiladas. Normally at any other restaurant those come with chicken, onion and cheese. Not these. I told them to hold the tomato sauce but I guess that ment hold everything that is suppose to come with it. What you say is what you get because all I got was 4 little enchiladas with chicken only. No rice no nothing. And for $9.99 you would think it would have been a full meal. When my husband got his meal; which was the L combination; it wasnt any better. The tostada was soggy and the burritos was just meat and tortilla. He had more lettuce then anything, it was falling all over the table. When we went to pay for the meal, I asked about the chicken enchiladas. The cashier said it was suppose to have onion and cheese in it. I told her that $9.99 should be considered as a meal so she went to ask about it. And came back to say that was the right price. Just for two people, it cost $26.97. AND IT WASN"T EVEN WORTH IT! Like I said I could have done better at home and for the price of mine, I could have went to Wal Mart and got a can of chicken and package of tortillas and feed several people!

We go to Old Mexico A LOT and its pretty much always at least a 3 star. Service is ok, food is good, consistently an overall good experience. Tonight was the BEST weve EVER HAD!! Waitress name was Shannon!!! SHANNON!!! Im not sure what my friend had but Shannon suggested it and my friend absolutely loved it!! Shannon knows that menu inside and out!! My wife and I ordered the HUGE California Burito!! It was AMAZING all of it!! My wife said she wasnt "hungry" after the chips and salsa but she ate mostly 3/4 of MY burito haha!! Top shelf perfect margaritas were on special and the food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I cant wait to go back and I hope when we do that Shannon is there!!! The California burrito had a ton of flavor and I recommend it for anyone wanting to split a dinner. My friend ate almost all of her meal and she loved it!!!

To be sure, the place is capable of at least 4 stars. Its the value for your money that you get that is absurd. They have decent food but you can tell that they withold ingredients and give small portions for what you pay. Especially considering that many of their dishes are a little more pricey than most other Mexican places. Got fish tacos the last time around. They put some mediocre, possibly warmed over, crumbled fish on the tortillas and a little handful of diced tomatoes, mozzarella, and iceberg lettuce to add on the side. No pico or anything like you would usually make fish tacos with. Not even a lemon or lime wedge on the side. No flavor. Had to put salt on it (and I never do that). The side of rice was measured and tiny as well. All for about 11 bucks???....You get the picture.

They do not pay their employees correct minimum wage for the first week while everyone is taking their tips. Afterward, they lie about your hours when u have proof (google phone shows) We are reporting to the department of labor. Just as well, they hire most of their workers under the table. Please refrain from going here even if its just one time thank you for your support. This was the Dothan restaurant.

This is the BEST Mexican Restaurant in Dothan, AL!! Well worth the price and the food is fabulous! The service is quick and friendly. I always get greeted with a friendly "hello" and a smile. The super burrito is my all time fav with the California Burrito or Chimichangas being a close second. They also have the absolutely best cheese dip Ive ever had.

The food was way less than I had expected considering I paid 30 bucks. My meal shouldve been around 12 . at the most. It was definitely not the best Mexican food, I love Mexican Food. Sad to say , the last I have had some was in New York and it was way better...

The enchiladas I had was terrible tasted like molded bread and the waiter only come by once after I stopped him for more tea,then had to ask another waitress to ask for our bill. Hopefully it was a one time thing,it was for my family and I.
