We have become regulars at Ichibans in Dothan, AL. A place we can take the whole family and has something for all ages to enjoy. Prices are considered reasonable for the food that is offered. The service from the waitresses/waiters are quick and efficient making the dining experience pleasant. The very first time we came here it was after the Peanut Festival 8:00pm<. When we got there they did not say anything regarding their closing time, service was great, the food was plentiful and fresh, and although it was near closing, they treated us as if they just opened AND were also willing to cook anything that we may have wanted that were low in the server trays. Oh yes . . . each child was given a balloon . . . a nice gesture which made our first visit impressive after a full day at the Fair :) !!! We want ICHIBANS to come to ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA . . . . the City of Progress

Your typical Chinese buffet restaurant but at a much higher price. We went on a friday night and though they claimed to have crab legs on the buffet (hince the higher price) they never appeared. I seen people wait in line for a good 20 minutes and leave with none. I myself like the hibachi style cooking and was let down there as well. The vegetables were dried out as though they had been sitting out all day, and when I got to the grill to have my selection cooked the man never asked what seasoning sauce I wanted on my food. The cook just dumped mine on the grill along with 5 other peoples and got everyones food mixed together so much that we werent sure whos plate was whos when he started to hand them back out. The waitress was very good and attentive she kept our glasses full and our table clean.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff! This place has the potential to be really good, but the food was incredibly bland even for an Asian food buffet. I went on a Tuesday for dinner. $10.99 for eat in buffet. Only a few others in the restaurant. You have your typical Asian buffet options (such as pepper chicken, beef and broccoli), fruit bar, ice cream options, very few dessert options (a couple cakes), a "sushi" roll bar (not bad, but rolls were warm and relatively bland), and a "hibachi" option where you pick raw food and they cook it for you (very bland flavor). Its a fun, clean place but I wont be going back. I hope they get better!

I went there last night with my boyfriend on a date and when we got our plates the seafood was not cooked correctly. The fruit was dry and had very little flavor. He ended up getting sick and I felt sick aftwards. When I tried to tell the waitress she just took the plate and asked for my payment. I had been there before and the food was good, but last night it most definitely was not. We will not be going back. I confronted the manager and he said he could not do anything and hung up. Its a beautiful resturaunt with good staff most of the time but after everything that has happened it had ruined that and I will never go back.

Best quality and value Americanized Asian style buffet restaurant in Dothan complete with a Mongolian style grill and sushi bar. Lots to choose from including premiums such as crab legs, frog legs, boiled crawfish, pork roast, salmon, etc. (Premiums vary and offered typically after 4 pm and weekends Owners super nice and very accommodating. Wait staff very attentive and speak basic English. As with any buffet style restaurant, best quality and selection is right at opening, changeover to evening ~4pm and no later than an hour before closing.

Always a go to when craving chinese. I go to dothan to spend time with friends and plunder. The people here are always welcoming and nice. The food is good and the atmosphere. There are usually a lot of people here so obviously doing something right. I lie to friends whose first visit it may be that the waitress will hand them a net to catch their own fish to make their sushi. Lets just say its never failed and a net has been requested every time.

Really awesome place to dine. Fantastic hibachi grill.. great but limited sushi bar. Their coconut shrimp is the best in Dothan. If you are going for crab legs, forget it. There is certain people that go and her then all Everytime they bring fresh legs out. 36 dollars for two adults and a the year old toddler. Not authentic Chinese food, but you cant get authentic Chinese food near Dothan. We eat here once a month and always a pleasant surprise.

The staff and facilities are nice. Thats about the only good thing I can say. The food was not fresh, not hot, and not very tasty. The sushi was old and rubbery. The selection seems limited and a lot of it was burnt to the pans or crusted over. Not to mention I ended up sick about an hour after I ate. I definitely wont be going back.

We eat here a lot because they have the widest variety of fruit on their buffet. The service is also good, but I always ask for Winnie, shes quick with the refills, and very friendly to children and elderly. The inside setting looks almost overly sophisticated for a Chinese buffet, avery nice setting.

I love Ichiban! Its great food and their lunch price is very good too! When I first became pregnant a lot made me sick but thankfully Ichiban was still good for me :) they are always very sweet and on point with refills and I drink a lot of tea haha.

Well its a buffet which I was not expecting. They had your typical American Chinese food and sushi as well as a hibachi grille. My husband liked the sushi. Most of the food was room temperature. Kids seem to enjoy the place.

Wonderful dining experience. My drink never fell below a half glass and the food was delicious and plentiful. Nice interior decor creates a pleasant atmosphere. Did not have to wait long for food to be refilled. Loved it.

Food quality is going down rapidly. No refill for food when they are gone, especially an hour before they are closed. Really bad experience about this place.
