Be prepared to go through several sets of silverware before you get a clean set. Also, unless you very specifically ask for a fresh pot of coffee, the server will simply add fresh coffee to heat up the existing coffee from the previous table. This is a regular practice at all IHOPs that Ive witnessed numerous times. Further, this location recently performed some cosmetic upgrades, but its really just putting lipstick on a pig. The tables, especially at the booths, are in terrible condition. Also, there is only one table with an electric outlet. That is absurd. EVERY table and booth should be outfitted with electric outlets. Moreover, I recommend IHOP placing signs throughout the restaurant--in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Farsi, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Russian, and Arabic--to remind guests that they need to remove their children from the eating area during their numerous outbursts of civil unrest. It is so unpleasant. And the manager needs to enforce this policy. Dont bother to come here on Tuesdays when kids eat for free. The children are so misbehaved, the parents dont care or know our parenting practices, and management is too scared to tell these parents to take their bundles of joy out of the dining area until they calm down. Moreover, dont bother to come here on Thursday nights for college night because you will leave with an awful migraine. The armed security guard is a lovely touch. Who doesnt love to eat in a high security, decibel defying setting? For a truly international experience, IHOP on Blake Road is the place for you. UPDATE: If anyone gives this location more than 2 stars, either you work at this location, you have never actually been to this location, you are high on meth, or you are comparing this location to the worst ghetto IHOP location in the U.S. This place is incapable of providing clean silverware, several employees look like gang members, most servers dont speak fluent or understandable English, and management is impotent at this location. Management is probably scared that the employees will knife them. Also, the booths are literally falling apart, and the servers dont provide clean, fresh pots of coffee to customers.

I called to order just a side of eggs and bacon, and I ask for my bacon to be crispy. I arrive, and the lady, Im assuming a manager, asked me how I can be helped. I told her Im here to pay for my to-go order. I repeat this twice as shes looking at me dumbfounded (and she took my order over the phone). Anyway, the eggs and bacon are sitting behind the lady, and as I get ready to pay, she asks me if I want silverware. Wait... Isnt that what comes with a to-go order? So why should you ask? It may not have mattered because I told her no, but the simple fact is silverware always goes with a to-go order. I pay, and the manager doesnt even say thank you or have a good night. I dont say it because Im expecting her to be the better person for the customer first. Now to the food... The eggs were fine. The bacon was so hard and crunchy that it was literally cooked burnt. I nearly choked on the bacon trying to muscle through. Im not making this up. There is a difference between crispy and burnt, and I clearly got the latter. I wish I had done this review on the IHOP website, but I realized the receipt I received didnt have the server code to take the survey. So I decided to write a scathing review on this website instead. After working in the restaurant business for nearly 10 years, I can admit times I fell short of delivering A+ service. But I dont expect to get it from a manager. And no, I wont come back to this location for any discount, free pancakes, but I hope everyone reads this and understand you will never always be guaranteed good service. Like at this location.

Im not the biggest fan of IHOP, but if I ever eat at one, this is the only location I will visit. I needed a quick and cheap eat, so I placed an order to-go. Mariam was super helpful and efficient. I waited no longer than 10 minutes for the food. The waitress provided all extra items needed (i.e. utensils, creamer, sugar, syrup). It seems like the the dine-in experience is nice too. This is a remodeled and clean location. The franchisee seems like they want to provide a good dining experience.

Super pacifico, me encanta estar en este local, la energía positiva se mueve muy libremente por aqui... a pesar de que haya mucha gente, los meseros son increíbles y muy dulces, y ni que decir de la comida, simplemente excelente. ..

Our waitress was incredible! We stopped in for breakfast after getting through half the uhaul when we moved my sister to an apartment complex near here. The waitress did not use an order pad, but our orders came out perfectly and quickly. She even remembered that my sister wanted a side salad with her eggs and pancakes! Ill be going back when I visit my sister again, and can only hope we continue to have success here. It was truly the best dining experience Id had in awhile.

went there once, After we seated around the table, the waiter simply ignored us. even the usher went in and talked with him.....at no reason. It was so unusal thought it is a random event for the waiter having a not pleasant day, we changed to another place then and almost forgot about it. Today I want to find a place near by to eat....ooops, just realized its service is always like that. signs....

Ive been going here a couple times a week for the last few months because, for some reason, I am able to get my homework done more easily here than at home. The waiters and hosts are always very kind and attentive to me, even after Ive been sitting there for a couple of hours nursing my hot chocolate. Ive only ever had one bad experience and that eventually got worked out. I love going here!

Not a bad place. The iHOP here can usually be trusted to make good food. I say usually because if youre not getting food during the crunch times like weekend mornings, then the food service will be a bit hazy with meals that are slightly burnt or undercooked. Still though, when iHOP have their good chefs on the job, theyre amazing. I would recommend the Chicken and Waffles (with syrup).

You have a policy called skip service?! Every person in there had a booth, but I couldnt get a booth because you have a skip service policy? Guess what-I have the same policy...its called skip eating at Ihop. Ill spend my money elsewhere! The TABLE I was seated at had syrup drops still on it too, apparently their skip service policy also applies to skip table cleaning.

Food is really good here very nice staff. Expect for one waiter I had before the really big black bald guy with a mustache had a very bad attitude and was very rude. But every other waiter I had here was great. Manager here is very nice and professional at times there is a lot of kids so it can get noisy at times.

Loud, awful smell, server was friendly but came to the table all of 3 times. Food and coffee both terrible. Everything was clearly precooked and so greasy. Half my food was cold, my husbands was just as bad. Oh! And all the bathrooms were out of order. Well stick with Silver Diner 2 miles up the road.
