This is the first negative review Ive ever written. It is very disappointing to have to write this one, as we have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and have really had wonderful experiences, routinely. However, I feel these problems need to be fixed; and this is a good way to let Management and others know what is happening that is not working here right now. (I looked for comment cards on the table, but they, as well as condiments much-needed, were not present any longer.) The following is not an exaggeration: We waited very long (just 2 of us) before anyone greeted us, approx 10 minutes, waited about 25 minutes for a waitress to appear after being seated, our food took more than 1 hour to be served (not kidding!), and my "poached" eggs looked like very hard-cooked fried eggs, very dry, even rubbery, and not very appetizing. Upon sitting down, I found my spoon was dirty. After letting our server know, a new one never arrived until approximately the same time as the food was served. Our server did not serve my biscuits with meal, forgetting them (needed for eggs), they got cold, being served before I received my newly-ordered (scrambled, this time) eggs, no butter or honey on table or brought when asked for until I reminded the server they were needed again, about 10 minutes later; but by then, all food was too cold, butter couldnt melt on biscuits, etc. This was the worst experience weve had in any restaurant in years...we hesitate to return. This is so sad, as it was one of our favorite places to visit for any meal.

My group of 4 walked into the restaurant and there was a large group waiting to be seated. They were told that a table was being put together for them. So my group stood there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged in any way. While we were waiting, I could hear the phone ringing multiple times and the sound of 3 babies crying. The lobby was now holding about 20 people, all who have not been greeted yet. One man walks over to carry out and is noticed quickly. 5 minutes later, he is still trying to pay as the person working is struggling to figure out the register. Im not sure if we came at a bad time or if all the employs were new, but they appeared properly staffed, although only one was actually working. After standing around for a few more minutes, we walked out, the employees never even looking in our direction. I cannot recommend this location. There is a different location (on SOM Center) about 5 minutes from this Bob Evans, that I recommend instead.

Arrived with an hour to eat and did not even manage to get our drinks refilled. Manager made us move after wed been seated twenty minutes because our special needs daughters mobility device was a "fire hazard." It took the server another 10 minutes to come take our order after wed been moved. We did not get our food in time to eat in the restaurant. When we attempted to pay, the cashier walked away to do something else, then started chatting with coworkers until we told her if she did not cash us out, we were leaving the food and walking out. A friend that joined us twenty minutes in did not get the water she ordered at all, even though we were at the table more than a half hour after that. It was a lousy experience all around and we will not be back. Ever.

I have NEVER been to a resturant like this one before. Ive even worked in the resturant industry for 7 years and the hospitality here was amazing!!! People seemed to actually enjoy their job and were happy to be there! Every single employee I came in contact with today was so nice! Im going through a really rough time and it made my day just a little bit easier. Your employees are awesome, keep it up.

The level of incompetence here is impressive. Ordered online. They managed to get my order wrong 4 freaking times. The most impressive screw up was when I ordered a gallon of iced tea. They forgot it at first and then tried to give me a half gallon instead. If you carry out from this place, triple check EVERYTHING . Clearly, these people cant read.

Very good American Dine-In/ Carry Out Restaurant.... Loved the food, people in charge were respectfully friendly and was comfortable when while waiting... It did take a little longer than expected to get the food, but this particular location was convenient at the right time....

Took a long time for server to come to our table. I left the sandwich in the box on the table and it if course was thrown away. The manager offered nothing. Poor customer service I say. I wont go back to that location.

Its OK. I dont want to beat them up too much. The restaurant is falling apart on the inside. Needs a good freshening up. Ceiling tiles show signs of the roof leaking. The service is great though!

The chicken pot pie the crust was scorched under neath too dry no potatoes, they took that back the next ch pie the crust was good but too dry and no potatoes, you used to have a great pot pie.

Been here 45 minutes since ordering. No food. No refills on coffee. Seeing everyone else getting attention. Maybe its the beard? Giving it another 10 minutes before having breakfast elsewhere.

I waited 15 or 20 minutes for biscuits and gravy with a side of home fries. The restaurant was almost empty and the staff had lots of time to talk. Waitress was nice, food was fine.
