Worst service of my life. Who I assume is the manager came over and explained to me how the all you can eat sushi service worked. However, he failed to mention that if you dont eat everything you order you have to pay for it. So I ordered my food and it wasnt bad it just wasnt good and the fish was served warm which is actually very strange for raw fish. So obviously, I didnt eat the fish and was THEN informed that if I didnt eat everything on my plate I would have to pay extra. So because the fish was honestly just strange to me I ended up eating just the rice. The friendly waitress then came over and checked my plate and turned around to the manager to ask him if it was OK. Little did she know I could hear everything she was saying because I was sitting RIGHT behind her. Not that smart to be honest... Anyway, she was seriously trying to get him to make me pay extra. The manager was saying its okay and she was fully arguing that I should pay more??? Is the money going straight to her pocket? Unbelievable. Worst and most rude waitress Ive ever met in my life and then she had the audacity to fight me for not leaving her a tip. In fairness, the manager was very nice and so were the sushi chefs. But would never come again because of the horribly rude waitress and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Taste was normal, service was unsatisfying. We ordered two AYCE sushi, and we made three orders total. The first two 10-pieces orders were delivered to the chef. We were waiting for the 30-pieces last order to be served, but 15 minutes wasnt enough for them to serve. So we asked the waiter to check the order that we have made before 15 minutes, and ordered an additional coke. But he didnt come back, so we thought that the last order was delayed and would be served soon. When additional 15 minutes passed, we asked another waiter again, then she told us that the third order wasnt made. We could understand that the waiter who got our last order made a mistake, but we couldnot understand that the after-15-minutes check was just ignored without any answer. So we told them we could to pay half of the price since we had eaten only 20 pieces out of 50 pieces that we had totally ordered. But they first suggested to exempt the coke-price. We complained again, then they suggested the piece-by-piece price instead of AYCE price. We have read the below *1 assessment, but we didnt thought we would be the object for the service. Except that, the taste was not bad, and the service was not bad too. The waitress that dealt with us formerly, she was really nice. I appreciate her. Thank you.

After looking at reviews, my gf and I from Ontario thought we would splurge on some AYCE sushi. We tracked down this place and thought we would give it a shot. Now I have enjoyed AYCE for the longest time; however, my experience at Yuka makes me wonder if I have just been lucky with all the sushi places I have gone to. Yukas AYCE menu was really small and for any rolls such as dragon or shrimp you had to pay a premium. The nigiri sushi had a lot of rice under it, served warm, the dragon roll (yes I paid for the "premium sushi") was massive with lots of rice, and no sashimi on their AYCE menu. I have never eaten sushi where the rice and fish were served warm, not to mention the fish smell as you enter - a key sign that the sushi isnt kept cold. Finally the last thing that my gf pointed out was the bathroom. According to her and I will quote "America is a prosperous country, why do they have a 3rd world like bathroom? The toilet and sink were made out of steel and it might has well have been a prison. The floor was sticky and wet." Thank goodness she went to the bathroom after we ate because I would have left right away. Overall, experience was horrible and will never, ever recommend this place

I always get the all-you-can-eat sushi here and Ive never been disappointed. They give you the real deal and they know how to pace you with your large orders. I will kill for the salmon tataki. Its so smooth. Its so sweet. Its so delicious. For some reason, I always order way too much. The last few pieces are horrendously difficult to stuff into my stomach. It requires some techniques of adjusting belts and shifting positions. I heard someone say that the fish here had high mercury levels, but I think that its all a part of the experience. Its not a daily eat, so I think a little bit of mercury wont hurt too much. Anyway, if the mercury poisoning doesnt get to you, your stomach will explode. My favorite part of the restaurant is the old Japanese lady. Shes the best. Always prompt with tea and gives the whole place a warm authentic feeling. There should be an old Japanese lady in every Japanese restaurant. The less English she speaks, the better.

Very good sushi. Two emotional crossroads were encountered in the course of our meal. First was the question of do we go for the all-you-can-eat option? which, as the seasoned sushi diner knows, comes with the risk of ordering too much and having to pay extra, and thus the inherent risk of dangerous over eating. We opted out of AYCE, delivering ourselves into peaceful risk free enjoyment of sushi. For the frugally minded, we got 4 regular rolls and 2 fancy special rolls. And a miso soup. It all added up to $50 so about the same as the AYCE price. Plenty of food for 2. I urge you to try the scallion yellowtail. The other emotional crossroad was the screaming children. There were two in Yuka when I visited. Its easy to be annoyed with them and their parents. But it was nicer and easier to scream along with them. Then the restaurant and the children were very quiet. Great sushi!

I dont recommend the all-you-can-eat sushi. They have a hidden "service fee" charge, which makes it $28/person, not $23. Also, they have a lot of restrictions on the deal. And youre charged for any uneaten sushi or pieces of roll. We specifically asked about the roll rule b/c the wording was unclear. I asked, "So what if you try a roll you dont like? Do you have to eat all of it?" Our server said no, that the rule just applied to the sushi. Then the manager said she had to charge us $2 if we didnt eat the remaining 4 pieces. So we ate it like 7 year olds being forced to eat everything on their plate before getting to go out to play. And the creepy manager watched us the whole time to make sure we ate it all. The server was awesome, and I would have rated the restaurant a 5 if the manager wouldnt have haggled us for an extra $2. Very off-putting.

This is a great all you can eat sushi place. I like seating at the bar. It gives me a chance to see the sushi chef and feels more authentic than seating at a table in the back of the restaurant. For a little more than $20, its a good deal for sushi. Unlike some other places, you dont get appetizers or dessert. The sushi pieces are not very big and dont come with a lot of rice (this is a good thing). This allows you to try all the options until you find the pieces you like. I like the eel, tuna, salmon and fish roe best. They do charge extra for some rolls and sushi and expensive things like uni are not included with all you can eat. For the price you pay its a good bargain if you eat a lot. I would go back again.
