A great experience. Enjoyed the hibachi-style atmosphere and chefs. The Food: I tried the hibachi items and chose as proteins the filet mignon and shrimp. Others in my group chose the New York strip steak, scallops, chicken, and salmon. Each individual in the group enjoyed their protein and stated the perfectness of the cooking. The fried noodles and fried rice were also tasty. The Atmosphere: The hibachi-style cooking provides both entertainment and a unique dining experience. The chef was pretty funny and found ways to entertain our group in cooking, jokes, and memory games. We were in a more private room which made it easier to hear and interact as a group. It looked like the main hibachi area was very busy and provided lots to see and hear. For some it might be sensory overload. In addition, the front-desk was excellent. They not only got us seated promptly but came back at the end of the meal to ensure we had a great experience. I have never had that happen before. Great customer service.

We had dinner at Ohjah last night and it was a great little place. We actually ended up here on accident. We parked in front of it, but went into Chiles. When we got there, there was a 20 minute wait and we were planning on going to a movie afterwards so we didnt want to have to rush through dinner. When we found that out, we decided to go back and try it out. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing and everyone there was very friendly. It was our first time so our waitress was very helpful with questions. We definitely plan on going back! We just did a normal dinner, but next time we want to check out their hibachi grill. It seemed to be popular. They have a very large sushi menu, so if you enjoy sushi I would recommend checking it out. They have a good variety of food for everyone though, so its a great option regardless.

My previous review: Our new sushi and habachi place. 3 special rolls for 26 bucks. Great price for 24 delicious, decadant, high quality rolls. The habachi deals are also awesome. Realistically the 3rd tastiest place I know, but the price makes it number 1. Update: they have hired an INCREDIBLY OFFENSIVE AND RACIST new chef. Plus his chicken was very dry. Constant offensive talking. So many horrible sexist, racist, and generally crude jokes that fell flat. And I am the type of person who appreciates politically incorrect humor. So you know he sucked. We will not return here.

Its really nice and cozy here. The wait staff is kind and professional; the restaurant is clean but our table was a little sticky. They have amazing steaks, sushi, and teppanyaki. My wife and I come here for the sushi instead of an all you can eat place but we never leave hungry. The prices are comparable but the difference is the quality. The rolls are unique, tasty, and huge; they have thick cuts of meat for the nigiri and sashimi. Most of the all you can eat places give you paper thin slices on a mountain of rice.

I love the atmosphere! Its very nice, classy with dark wood tables, a step up on a platform. The bathroom has marble counters, very lavish surfaces and smells very nice. We enjoyed a special $24.95 for 3 special sushi rolls, that was very tasty and enough for 3. Plus we had a free shrimp roll with a coupon that came in a mailer. It was a very pleasant experience. Ill be back and will bring my husband.

Ichiban for this area. Very clean and well designed atmosphere. They keep the hibachi area separate but connected to the regular table dining area, almost creates two sides and more variety. The bar is very intimate as well to say its in front of the table dining area. Sushi Rolls and sashimi are insanely delicious, very creative and fresh. OishiSo!!!! Fish katsu (very rare)

Great food. Went for the first time and just did the regular dining option. Our server was very friendly and didnt even judge when I had to ask for a fork over chop sticks. We could hear how much the people that dined at the Hibachi tables were enjoying themselves (lots of oos and ahhs). The prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back to try the Hibachi grill out.

Im a sushi fan, freak or lover. How ever you want to call it, is all right with me. The fact is, I can eat sushi and I have been in many places around the nation as I travel. Ohjah rocks, they got it down. I ask the chef to impress me and to not be afraid of anything with me. First time I have been blown away with sushi. Thanks! I really needed that.

This place is deserving of all the high ratings! Glad we went here for dinner. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Spicy tuna nachos appetizer was our favorite. Absolutely delish! Service was on point and pricing was very reasonable for the Vegas area and quality of both food and ambiance. Will be back and have already recommended to friends.

Weve eaten here many, many times since they opened this location... great food quality and great service - every time. The sushi is always fresh and well presented, great quality. We have eaten at the hibachi table several times as a family or with friends and the chefs were funny and the food is always on point... service is always awesome!

If youre looking for a very casual spot to have a sushi date or just grab some sushi with a friend, this is the perfect spot. Not exactly an all you can eat style, but great menu options to get the most for your buck. The service is always top notch whether its busy or empty which makes the meal that much more enjoyable.

Had a reservation and they seated us about five minutes early. Waiter was quick and friendly. The teppanyaki chef nice but a lite sloppy with the food prep. Food was tasty but needed a bit more flavor and spice compared to other Japanese grills. Restaurant was very clean, including the restroom and waiting area.

We took our son here for his 16 birthday. We all enjoyed the food and hibachi service. I ordered the steak and calamari. The chef prepared the calamari prefect. The atmosphere was excellent, the hibachi tables nice and clean and of of the quietest hibachi experiences weve ever had.

Awesome food, great service, good people. The chefs remember my sons name, if you dont know what you want they will suggest for you... FYI I never would have tried the French kiss based on description, but a waitress suggested it to my fiance, now we get one every time!!

We love Oh Jah and come here once a week. Love the sushi! The sushi chefs are the best and everyone here is so friendly. Awesome service. The habachi is extremely good too. Try the sushi boat. It has an expressive look and it filled with delights.

They serve great and fresh sushi. Their hibachi meals are decent. The food isnt anything extravagant, but hibachi is really just a novelty. The chefs are funny and have a lot of showmanship, but the other items on the menu are better.
