Nothing is ever there fault, customer is never right. This is there slogan here I believe. I order Buffalo wild wings all the time, great restuarant, just not this one. I order the same thing at any of them I ever go to, Chicken BBQ sandwhich. Shows on the menu "Comes with lettuce, tomatoe, onion, pickles" I have got that on my sandwhich every single time, including from this restaurant, until today. Today they decided to tell me they can not refund it because the sandwhich never comes with it unless asked for. (Got it to go so found out at my house) They say that this has been the rule forever and their cooks are not allowed to put those on the sandwhich unless they are asked for. Could you please tell me anywhere else this happens? Imagine ordering a burger that says 1/2 pound angus burger and they give you a bun and say sorry, you didnt ask for the meat. This is how this restaurant works. I should of known they would have some weird excuse, They messed up one of my past orders as well and didnt give us the side of fries we ordered but charged us for them. It showed on the receipt from buffalo wild wings that we were charged for them. Got home, saw they were missing, called, they said we never ordered them, we then asked why we were charged for them, they told me that it was cause they came with the BBQ chicken sandwich (Again same thing I always order) So we asked you charge 10 for the burger that on the menu says it comes with fries for free with the sandwich? They didnt have any more comments after that and just kept insisting we were in the wrong and they couldnt do anything about it. Out of 3 orders from this place, those are 2 of my experiences. Save your self some time and eat at a restaurant where the people there have integrity, arent 4 year olds, and can own up when they are wrong. Look at their reviews on grubhub for the past month, all 1 star reviews, all messed up orders, all bad customer experiences, not just me. Its a shame cause Buffalo Wild Wings is a good restaurant, this one just gives them all a bad name

On a Tuesday, when apparently celery doesnt come *with* the wings. The wings were not bad, though. Unexpectedly good, for sure. I was most unpleased by our server, Brooke, who seemed to bypass the necessary qualities of a server. We ordered our drinks, that were brought over by another server. Then, we ordered our appetizer. We received our appetizer by yet another server about 15 minutes later. No sign of Brooke. It was 20 minutes later before Brooke came back to get our order. That was 35 minutes since she had been to our table. We then ordered. 10 minutes later, Brooke came by to see if Mr. Beer drinker sitting across from me needed more beer; however, she ignored my almost empty glass of water and my sons completely empty drink and walked away. It was 10 minutes later before she came back by to check if more beer was needed. Before she could walk away again, I got her attention and asked if my son could have a refill. We were then served our food by yet another server. And, once again, our server only came back by to see if more beer was needed. I understand how kitchen runners work and have no issues with the fact that different people came to my table. In fact, Im glad they did. Each other person who came by was extremely nice and asked if we needed anything. Even now, as I sit inside Buffalo Wild Wings typing this review. My check is paid. My food is boxed. I havent seen Brooke even walk by this side of the restaurant in over 15 minutes. Yet, three other servers have come by to see if I need anything else, although Im clearly finished-- it is much appreciated. I would like to leave my tip to them. I didnt get their names, but they were awesome.

I never thought i would be going to this place to review wings, they are a big joint and i have tried them before, but i was suckered into going this time around. My experience with BWW in the past has been bad... really bad, but i went in with an open mind, and im glad i did. I ordered 12 Medium, 12 "Blazin", and 8 Boneless "wings". Compared to the times i have eaten there, this was a treat! The wings we decent but the sauces were boring, they dont seem to have allot of subtly to their flavors. The wings were fried with little to no coating and some of them were beyond crunchy making my think i was eating at KFC. Not only were the wings over fried but they are usually very small very un-meaty wings making all this work not really worth anything. They were then coated in what tasted like a heavy vinegar based sauce that not only made the wings look gross but made them just bland and the only spices in the mix were there to add punch with no flavor. Their "Blazin" on the other hand, had even less taste and personally it didnt pack a punch at all. Their Boneless "Wing" arent wings.... im rather sick of people syaing that they are, because they are NOT. They are nothing more then tiny plump chicken fingers covered in the same sauces that the wings are, only to make them taste horrible because their sauce only goes well with fried chicken wings with skins. In summary: I paid 15.49 for 24 wings, there is always that saying "You get what you paid for" and it only partially applies since ive pay less for more and much better wings in the past. Even though this was the best BWW experience that i have had, it still isnt good, its just mediocre at best.

Came here tonight around 10:35 PM, there were 5 other tables (booths) filled in the dining area and a few people at the bar. There what looked like 5-6 servers plus the bartender so there was adequate coverage for the few people that were there at this hour. The manager took our drink order, he brought it to the table quickly once we placed the order. He notified us that the server was busy and would be with us shortly ... time passes ... still not server after 10 mins ... more time passes ... still no server (25 mins had passed) by this time we sat there till 11:00 PM and didnt see our server once, mind you 3 other servers passed us and were tending to there tables with drinks and food so apparently our server got lost. Either way tonight was the last time we will be at this buffalo wild wings because their service is horrible. You dont need a diploma or even a GED to be a server to know 25 mins to greet your customer is to long, so either the server was busy participating in the circle jerk that was taking place in the back or they got lost finding their way to our table to take our order. Either way there are some ignorant lazy ass people that work here. Never had wing stop but that will be the next place we try to get wings from - Im sure theyll have better service than this place because you can not get any worse than the service at this buffalo wild wings location. And if a manager or any person from Buffalo wild wings wants to contact me about this experience, I would be more than happy to talk to you - because your employees are poorly trained and your service SUCKS!
