I ordered food here for the first time today. Let me say, I will never order from here again. I ordered a tuna melt with lettuce and tomato, And a Reuben. The girl on the phone repeated the order perfectly. The tuna melt had no lettuce or tomato on it and the Reuben was so dry and nasty, as if it was sitting out all day. I called to let them know they messed up the tuna melt, and their solution was to deliver me lettuce and tomato instead of a new sand which. I didnt feel that was a sufficient enough fix to the problem and I wanted a new fresh sandwich. I was put on hold for 6 min until the rude manager came on the phone and said I would have to pay for a new sandwich if I wanted one because the chef said he put the lettuce and tomato on there... Hence calling me a liar. They also indirectly implied that I took the lettuce and tomato off to get a new sandwich.. What???? Lol I said Im not paying for another one and Im not coming to pick it back up since I was at work. So she finally agreed, but told me it was going to be 45 min. I wrote this review at the 45 min mark and Im still waiting for the sandwich. Just lost myself and all my coworkers as customers

First time I ordered I spoke with the owner on the phone, she was great. She took time to walk me thru the menu and suggested what i should get and what was good. The food was delivered fast and fresh, and tasted GREAT! Second time I ordered, I wanted to share this place with co-workers, and we order from someone who was not the owner. She was unsure of what to do, confused or order on the phone, and made ordering way to difficult. We then waited TWO HOURS for our food. I called to complain and I was told the food was just leaving by the same girl who we ordered from. She said if it wasnt there in 30 minutes then call back. As of this writing i am now going on 2 hours and fifteen minutes, so I can not tell you if the food is good or not. But I do know that my coworkers hate me for suggesting a place that takes so damn long to get us our food. TL;DR, first time great, second time bad. EDIT: So I ordered from there again. This time I went to get it myself. It took a while to get my food, but it tasted good. I am just not sur about this place.

The food is excellent. Hats off to the great chefs!!.... The girls who take your order need more thorough training when taking orders. The manager with the blonde hair is rude and disgusting as far as management is concerned. The 3rd time they messed up my order I explained to the mgr I was on lunch break and merely asked for a discount...she told me no! And proceeded to be just as rude to me as I grew impatient with her!. When I cursed at the nerve of her to be soooo rude she cursed back and literally called me out my name! Things got totally out of hand but never in my life have I been called out of my name by any manager anywhere on this earth and she refused to give me her bosses number. Im still persuing this engagement. She needs to be dealt with!

This restaurant has a very rude and unprofessional owner. The food is inconsistent. Portions and ingredients change often. They also mess up orders quite often. I suppose they expect for their customers to just accept it and not complain. I used to order often because they delivered to my job and yes, when they messed up my order, I called. My last incident was about the portion changing drastically. The owner got on the phone and said it was the same. It was not. She went on to tell me to never call her restaurant again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I work around the corner from this little deli. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. I order here for myself and my office about 3 to 4 times a week and we are never disappointed. Always fresh food, always made exactly the way it is ordered, and the staff is so friendly. The prices are so affordable compared to most delis so of course that is a plus plus too. If you are in the southfield area and are looking for a great place to grab lunch, I highly reccomened Central park. You wont be dissappointed!!!

Dear Zef, I requested a Rewards Card and had lunch 3 times. Each time I was told i was too late in producing my card, i.e. after i paid, so no go. Shouldnt someone remind me to show my rewards card first, then give my credit card? One of the 3 times, the server messed up the order, and had a real attitude when i complained. Guess i wont go back again... way too much hassle for food. 3 stars for food, but none for service, so i will give 2 stars.

My sandwich was delicious! Delivery took over one hour and my bread was a little soggy. The driver was really nice. When he arrived, he apologized for the wait. I wanted to leave a tip on my card but when he arrived, the sale was already closed out and I couldnt leave a tip. I tried calling back but the cashier couldnt amend the order to leave a tip. Other than that, the food is really good.

The food is absolutely amazing!! I have tried almost the whole menu, and I have yet to come across a meal that wasnt perfectly cooked. The prices are very fair with the generous amount of food you get. The staff is always friendly. This business has done such a good job, we have used their catering service for our company employee appreciation days. Go here and you wont be disappointed.

The food here is reallllllyy good. I usually get the Swiss and Bacon Burger with broasted potatoes. I gave this restaurant only four stars because they charged me to grill the onions on my burger. The burger already comes with onions but if i wanted them grilled it was a fee for it. The fee was nominal but I felt that it was unnecessary.

Amazing spot to grab lunch. A nice deli is hard to come by in this area if you arent from here and are just driving around to and from appointments. It was exactly tho kind of place I was looking for, several steps up from your typical Pancras bread!

WORST deli in Southfield, Reuben came two hours late from delivery, cold as hell, called an owner said for me to bring it back. WHAT??? Plus, when I went up there, the manager was saying rude stuff to a customer in front of everyone. Dont do it...

Love this place;food and staff are great!!! I have been going here a good three years now and have not had one bad experience with them. Would definitely recommend that if you have the opportunity to eat here, do so!
