Terrible! This place use to be the best Chinese food in the Metrowest. Our food last night went right into the garbage! So saturated with grease that the to-go-box was soaked. So much grease that the Crab Rangoon was wet like a noodle, wasnt crisp at all, chicken wings were over cooked and hard as a rock. It was hands down the worst Chinese food we have ever had, and we have been going their for years, but the last 2 times same experience, though we would try one more time, never again. Ming Garden might be a little more money, but it will be worth it.

I hadnt been there in years and wont be going back. The food was cold because they hadnt turned the steam table on, say what???? They charge for hot tea, a complimentary beverage at most Chinese restaurants. It just was not worth the extra $2 to $3 over and above what most other restaurants charge for their lunch buffet, with free tea, I might add. They did "microwave" 3 shaomai for me and their egg rolls were delicious but everything on the buffet was cold and we were there well beyond their opening time of 11:30am. Not worth it.

From the first bite I was enchanted. Today was my first time experiencing the most delicious chinese food of my entire life, but I cam assure you it will not be the last. The steam drifting from the buffet table carried with it an aroma that can only be described as orgasmic. If you are looking for mediocre chinese food, served by unenthusiastic employees, go somewhere else. Here you will only find the kindest, hardest working staff you will ever meet, serving you heaven on a platter. Would 100% recommend to everyone I know!!

We didnt get the buffet and the food was sub par. Our appetizers came when we were halfway through our entrees. We had a group of 6 and they automatically added the gratuity. Which is fine but to them it meant they did not need to come and check on us. More that once we had to get up and find a waitstaff to get us more drinks. This was a monday night and they were not busy so they should of been more attentive.

Outrageous buffet prices. 20 dollars a person when there are 15 items on the buffet. The menu is subpar. Food was overly greasy. Bland. Ginger soy sauce was pure vinegar. 30 dollars wasted. Bathrooms disgusting. Smell like ammonia. Woman screamed at us "hellooo thank you!!!!" As we walked out. Um. No. The reason I didnt acknowledge you is to refrain from saying your food tastes like Luke warm garbage.

Ive been visiting Lotus Flower since I was a kid; best Chinese food in the metro-west area by far; and while theyve become more expensive over the years, their menu entrees have remained delicious with generous portions. I suggest ordering from the menu in general, as the buffet is sub-par; its [buffet] really appears to be more of a value-added service, not something they really take pride in. Enjoy

This place offers pretty authentic Taiwanese and Chinese food on weekends in buffet style. It has a lot of variety. For about $18 per person, it is a pretty good deal even though you really wont consume $18 worth of food. The only negative comment I have is the tight space within the restaurant. They tried to cramp too many tables in such as small space.

Ive tried different Chinese restaurants nearby like Sichuan Goumet..none of them has such decent food and environment...great service and great environment...Tho Ive only been there once, Ill definitely go there more often and invite more friends there!!! Strongly recommend to those who are into Chinese food as well. :)

$17 for adult sunday buffet! Nothing special at all. No steak or beef or crab or lobster. Just a bunch of noodles and rice. Cheap crap food. Worst rip off was charging a 2 year old and 4 year old $7 EACH. They ate 25 cents worth of ice cream. Bunch of greedy chinese jews. Total rip off.

Horrible service. We are seated then left alone until I call the guy if there is tea or water. "You have to order it". Well, how am I suppose to know if no one is attending the table and it is 2:30pm Friday and the place is pretty much empty. We left right after.

$10.95 for its lunch buffet - which didnt have as many choices (or even soup) nor was as tasty as Samba Wests $8 lunch buffet. In addition, my husband had dinner here a month or two ago, and had a reaction to it afterwards. Sorry, but we wont be back. :-(

This is the worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever been since I lived here for more than 10 years. Poor quality for both food and service. Ridiculously, they seem to treat Chinese and non-Chinese customers so differently.

the buffet was very disappointing the food was very bland. there was no crab Rangoon or beef teriyaki on buffet but had shrimp and there was also a charge for each refill of ice tea or soda

My family has been eating here for over 20 years the staff calls us by name and treats us amazingly. The food still finds a way to outdo their kindness how I dont know.

Went for lunch and coworker ask for tea and the waiter response was the tea is not for free. Now why is that? Is anything in there for free?

Decent buffet, good service, all around solid place to eat. Some of the buffet food is hit or miss, but overall its usually pretty good.

A little overpriced for a Sunday lunch buffet. Food was fresh and being constantly replenished. Choices were limited.
