Worst olive garden I have been too. After waiting 35 mins we got seated in the bar booth by the front door, not only was it loud we had guests standing by us while we were eating. We did not get menus or place settings until i got up to ask. As from previous times being at this location i was hoping not to get the african american older woman due to horrible experience but To my suprise we ended up getting the waitress . She was horrible at her job. We had Linda V in the gurnee location, she was so miserable looking, no name tag, very dirty looking, disgusting nails and was so unprofessional. She did not smile the whole time and she was not happy. She did not have a nice tone of voice either. She forgot all of drinks refills multiple times, she was cursing after forgetting our soup refill, she broke a glass and we had to wait for her to clean it to get a refill on salad. I am so unhappy with this because our family loves olive garden, but we will never come back to this location.

Hello, went to Olive garden in Gurnnee IL. NEVER NEVER NEVER go there. The staff is horrible. Ordered soup my daughter wanted to taste it. Staff did not say your not allowed to let someone taste your food. They said they will no longer be refilling our meal. Even though I watched the table in front of me share there entire meal refill after refill with a happy to do so waitress. Having said that, that was not my biggest problem. My problem is the Staff, they couldnt not stop starring at our table, at least 4 to 5 staff members watched us the remaining time of our lunch. The looked, pointed, laughed, we could not finish our lunch. the staff stood around all eyes on our table. It was easy to see, they love mistreating customers. I love to go to restaurants, especially restaurants that treat all people like human beings. This is not the restaurant you want to go to if you want to be treated with kindness, respect and decency. Try another.

Parking 4 handicap and small pull thus for trailers/rv . Neat several stires, including other restaurants for faster food. WINE, COTAILS AND wine samples. Prices went up a bit but specials make the diffrence. GET RID OF THE WIFI ORDER/MENU/ADS/ BOX ON ALL tables. Available OK BUT PRIVACY AND UNSECURED SOURCE OF ID THEFT ENHANCED BY UNSECURED PROXIMITY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS VS IN A RESTRICTED AREA OPERATED BY STAFF AND/OR DIRECT SECURE EXCHANGE TO PROVIDER. Food good service good salad/soup plentiful and bread sticks few but to maintail heat. All you want on request so all "fresh" mix N MATCH SOUP! but unicersal salad. No peppers request means a visual removal. Extra dressing (house) on rewquest. Warning: Fine print parties of more than 6: however immediate negotiate sucessful, but service/food appears same. Good place.

Meh, not the best or the worst. Lots of families come here, so be ready of you show up at seven, but thats not their fault, they serve who comes. I had the soup and salad. The salad was fresh and too acidic as always. The zuppa toscana was good if salty, the chicken tortellini was way too bland. We ordered the Angry Alfredo Sauce to dip our breadsticks in (after breaking off the stale tips), thinking to spice things up, but it didnt work out. The dish would be better described as Slightly Annoyed Tomato Soup. The waiter was friendly and plenty attentive, so we did not need the hostess and the manager coming by to ask if everything was all right, though I appreciated their concern. Ill probably avoid in favor of the Chilis down the road.

The food may have been okay but the service at the place was absolutely terrible. Not only did our waitress mess up our drinks she continued to do it even after we pointed it out to her several times. Their only saving grace was a young server by the name of Eric. He was compassionate to us even though he was not our waiter. Even after the manager disregarded us after we made a request of her that was easily accomplished. We approached Eric with our issues and he promptly dealt with them. In my opinion Eric deserves a higher position in that establishment. I personally believe that if Eric was made the manager the place would run more efficient and with more care towards the patrons of the restaurant.

Food was exceptional, could have been better if, you know, our waiter offered us cheese on our food like every other Olive Garden does. Believe me, I work at one. Our server, Robert, never checked on us except to refill a water once. It took around five minutes for him just to show up. Very low class. He never asked how our meal was and if we needed anything else. I had to go to the manager just to ask for boxes. I ordered the Calamari and it was over fried, yet, soggy and the soup was plain and could have, again, tasted better if we were offered cheese. Same for the salad. Not only a poor experience, but a frustrating one as well. I do not recommend this Olive Garden to anyone.

This is my second time coming to this Olive Garden, the first time it wasnt so good, the waitress seemed kind of out of it. But this time the food was exceptional, brought my boyfriend there for our anniversary, and our waitress Katy was very sweet and even picked up we were here on an anniversary and commenced on talking about what we had done previously. Someone in the food industry who actually was likable and bothered being sociable? Thats a rarity. She was pleasant to talk to and very kind. Definitely will come back just to see Katy again, always a nice surprise to find someone in the food industry to show character.

This has probably been one of the best Olive Gardens Ive been too. First our waiter, Mariah, she was amazing. She was super nice, hospitable, had our orders memorized and made sure we were taken care of. Usually, especially when its busy, waiter check in a few times but she checked in with us and the rest of her tables all the time. We recommend her, she was a delight. The food was amazing as per usual. The staff overall were great and super friendly. They have new tablet like things on each table that work like a order taker and have games for younger people. Great place for dinner after a long day at six flags.

Loved the food, beautiful atmosphere. The absolute best part of bringing my family to olive garden was the wonderful service we received from Janis. She was friendly and catered to our every request. Super professional and very knowledgable about the menu, especially since my family has dietary restrictions. She should be running the whole restaurant. I couldnt have asked for better service. I will come back to this olive garden over and over again because of the amazing job Janis did. .. and the bread sticks.

This was our first time, and what I absolutely loved was how welcome we were as soon as we walked in. Our waitress (which I believe her name was Andrea??) was very tending and actually helped us pick what we wanted. She talked to the kitchen to see if special arrangements could be made to fit our special dietary needs, tailored the menu to what we were asking for, and was always pleasant and kind the whole time. She made it a wonderful experience. Great waitress.
