I placed my order for 10 tacos at 12:47 P.M. At 1:10 P.M. I asked what the problem was as I had already seen 6 tacos go into the lobby that were ordered after me and at least one dozen that I saw go out the drive thru. The employee at the register said they were wrapping mine and I watched as the wrapped ones went out the window. I asked the employee making the tacos why he hadnt made mine and he stated drive thru takes priority. I said I had been waiting 25 minutes and he said he was going as fast as he could and I said there was no reason to make a customer wait that long and he stated he did not have time to argue the point. All of this conversation was in a belligerent no apologetic raised voice. When the tacos were ready he brought them to the front and slammed them on the tray stating here are the ten tacos. I can understand wanting to keep the drive thru flowing, but not at the expense of a paying customer that actually takes the time to come in. The day is meant to be a special one with my grand daughter about once a month we spend the morning together and have a taco eating contest, always at Jack in the box. The store is 0422 in Parker CO. The other store in Parker was closed. I believe they closed the wrong one.

Service sucks cuz yesterday me and my mom went there to get something to eat it was like 9 30 , so we order our food and I dont remember what I ordered but he asked if I wanted cheese and it comes with cheese and then the manager goes and says for here or to go I say were here because we have enough time to eat, then the manager goes and says you have enough time to eat but when it turns 10 oclock you gotta get out, I looked at him and laughed with a smirk on my face so we sat there waiting for them to get our food ,then come to find out they cant comprehend what a kids meal is so again what the manager saying "Oh I thought you just wanted the kids meal hamburger" no we wanted to kids meal what comes with the kids meal french fry and a kids meal drink but its funny how he couldnt comprehend because he looks stoned out of his mind. And on another note they use the same rag over and over to wash the tables so youre not really clean theyre just dirty clean.

So I was excited to order for the very first time in Jack in the box. So i told the drive thru (Ethan) person that its my first time here and not familiar with the menu. He just told me the menu is right in front of you. ( me trying to find the kids menu) for some reason was hard to find lol so i just asked him what is it and he literally said again its on the menu. (It would really help if he would just help me a bit) so he was a little rude and I just told him Im not going to order anymore so I went to the window and I asked his name and I just told him you were little rude for first time customers and asked for a manager and he said if your not going to order I would ask you to leave! Oh well so much for first timers.. he might just been having a crappy day.

Some of the times I come here and it is ok, but other times it is the worst fast food I have ever had. I have asked questions to employees at the drive thru. Ex. I asked "Does it cost more to get cheese on the Jr. Jack?" Answer: "No, cheese doesnt add more." It is 50 cents for a slice of cheese, standard for the company I understand, but employees should be informed or not answer things they dont know. And now today, I literally had the complete worst coke I have ever had anywhere. I have had flat cokes, the watered down cokes. This literally was water in a cup. Seriously, teach employees to pay attention.

Had the worst experience that Ive ever had at a fast food place there tonight with a young mans youre by the name of Cameron yelling at us over the loudspeaker " anything else" after every item I ordered than gave me change for a 20 instead of the $50 bill I gave him and when asked to make a complaint and what reference code they were asking about on the receipt and where I could locate it he told me he didnt know slammed the window in my face and I waited there to try to get two tacos they didnt put in our bag and he never opened the window to give us our full order

We go here sometimes for breakfast. As usual no one answered the drive through, doors locked, and no one answered the phone. There is a large what Ram in the parking lot and the drive through is supposed to be open 24hr. The food is usally cold dry and wrong anyways. The del taco is WAY more worth your time. The guy behind me went to del taco also because no one would help us. 1 star becauss there isnt a 0 option.

We waited 17 minutes for two burgers and some fries. A customer behind us waited about thirty minutes. The apparent manager was extremely rude to the upset customer and ranted about him while making sandwiches for another ten minutes. Completely unprofessional. Food was not worth the wait. This was my first visit to a Jack in the Box and will likely be my last.

My drink tasted and smelled like some type of cleaning solution, sadly my thirst and the lid/straw prevented me from noticing before drinking some, ended up throwing it up shortly after. And there seems to be no way to actually get ahold of them to let them know. (Phone number had a solid busy signal, hopefully from others calling to let them know)

Worst drive through experience Ive ever had in my life. The kid working the drive-thru was extremely rude forgot to give us half of our order and found one of our sandwiches in the bottom of the bag unwrapped it looked like somebody had stepped on it. Spare yourself the aggravation and pick a different drive thru this one is absolutely the worst!

Took a visit to jack in the box today. Saw a sign on the speaker that said it did not work. Pulled up and waited for the employee to take my order. I saw the guy many times look at me and tried to hide away very quickly. Like he was trying to make it seam like there was no one there but I saw him hide. Very unprofessional.

Im not one to post reviews anywhere... But this Jack In The Box is seriously the worst. Ive been outright ignored three - I gave them three chances - separate times. Today was the final straw. Go to the Del Taco next door, far more worth your time and money. Never had worse customer service than at this location.

This was really the worst jack in the box ive ever been too. Its 90 degrees out today and they didnt want to clean the milkshake machine so I wasnt able to get one. Then I went to see what they had for drinks and they had over 3/4 of the soda missing. Plus the tables and floor was super dirty.
