I should preface this with the fact that we were with a large party (20+); we placed our order and waited. Maybe a half hour later they come back to a couple of us and tell us that we had to order something else, because they were out of Atlantic Salmon. Well, it seems to me like that is something you might have figured out when you physically entered the order. The food itself was not overwhelmingly flavorful, but a little greasy for a grilled fish taco. Perhaps Im just a little sour because the portions I received on my plate were so menial compared to what everyone else was getting. If I wasnt already feeling a little full off the cheesy garlic bread and appetizers (which both pretty good, but heavy) I might have been more annoyed. Our waitress was very kind and apologetic about any inconveniences (it was a busy night at the restaurant). So all in all, it was an ok experience.

Its pricey but you do get pretty large portions. The service is seriously lacking! I was a waitress and bartender for a few years. I understand what waiters and bartenders deal with during normal flow and rushes. The waiter we had, was ridiculous. Completely didnt know his menue. Tried up charging for things that were a part of the meal. He also had the nerve to make sure we knew that the gratuity was $18-$30 **by highlighting it**, because this is what he expected to be tipped. That was beyond ridiculous! Service was subpar and I know he knew it was too.... Great waiters/waitresses deserve good treatment, excellent tips and loyal customers. We wont be returning.

Im here tonight right now and its awful. Im so disappointed with the lack of... the new decor is terrible. Its not classy here any longer. Its like a diner. I can here all the way to the other side of the restaurant. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they are so not what they were before its like they cut them in quarters of what they used to be. Its very sad, I was looking forward to coming here tonight and the way it is now with hearing the dishes being washed in the background this place is now way over priced for what they have to offer. If you are looking for a place to go for a nice evening out its definitely not the same.

The family and I have not been here since my work injury and I understand that along with time things change. I really debated on how to rate this restaurant, this really used to be my favorite place. I am going to give my favorite place 3 stars, why first reason is my favorite drink here that I would get is different and they no longer have it on there list of cocktails. I ordered the ZOMBIE........they had to look it up and it was okay, not like before. And 2nd the Apitizer platter was good but they changed it, our waitress was very nice and professional. Other than that everything was good, I am sorry but this is why

I havent set foot inside a Claim Jumper since 2011, therefore my memories of this restaurant might be a bit askew. I ordered the black tie pasta, and it was so so. I do remember that the same plate used to come with plenty of chicken, nice plump pieces. What I got today was mostly pasta, basil and tomatoes what? O and 6 paper thin pieces of chicken fillet. Not exactly knocking it out of the park. I gave them 3 stars because: Marlene the server was very attentive, nice clean eating area and that funky cheese bread was grreat.

The bartender (never caught her name) was terrible. She was on the shorter side and skinny. The following bartender Hailey was a lot more attentive. Claim Jumpers has poutine fries on their happy hour menu. Fries, brown gravy, and cheese curds is the normal recipe except CJs think that its okay to chop up their potato skins, add a fried egg over medium, and call that a poutine. Thats not even close. Finally, I had been the only one of my friends to eat the egg and ended up with food poisoning. Good beer selections.

This Claim Jumper leaves alot to be desired. We ordered the California Citrus chicken salad, and paid $13 for it, $4 extra for the chicken. We got the salad, and the leaves were limp and mushy, the color wasnt appealing either. And is this cook cheap!! the salad only had five thin strips(picture lunchmeat thickness) of chicken!!! Oh, and they didnt serve the bread that comes with the salad either. The waitress was nice and all, but for the cost $13 salad and $3 sodas!! Dennys has better food, thats much cheaper!

The service at the Rancho one was so, so slow. I could have cooked it myself and had eaten sooner. The rib was undercooked, the chicken and shrimp was over cooked. The lettuce on the sandwich I ordered was rotten it was just horrible. It all came to 80.00. I took it home and gave it to my dogs. We will never, ever go back there. When we told the waitress about the food the manager just brought us out a bowl of BBQ sauce. Dont waste your time going to this one unless you have a lot of time to waste.

The waitress was great but, the food wasnt good. Ordered a sampler appetizer. The fried zucchini was still half raw and the chips for the artichoke dip werent very good. My clam chowder had two small pieces of clam in the whole bowl and resembled and tasted like it came from a can. The cheese bread was stale and hard. My calzone wasnt good. The sauce tasted more like tomato soup, the crust was so so and the cheese wasnt even totally melted. I wont be going back.

Arrived 30 mins before closing. Enjoyed my dining experience a lot. Marshall was our server and he was on top of our table always! Excellent service, great appetizer deals during happy hour and our food was really delicious. Its so cozy and warm inside you may want to take a nap after your meal. Wish I had room in my appetite for the cake but that things is GIANT! Once again thank you for our dinner and amazing service. I would recommend this place highly.

Weve been to this Claim Jumper many times and usually get great food and great service. Our most recent visit left us disappointed by the very slow (over 30 min from order to food) service and mistakes. The manager came out after our complaints and apologized profusely and gave us a discount on the check. Well be back - we cant live for long without that Chocolate Motherload Cake!

Placed a take out order. First time there. The two ladies working the front should be fired. They are rude and nasty. Im guessing because I was not all dressed up. They acted like it was a problem for them to serve me...if this is your first time at a place or not you want to leave a great impression so that people will talk positive about your place....

Horrible horrible service!! I went for a christmas company luncheon with a party of 62 amd they were not prepared at all!! The servers were rude and slow. Bread no butter, salt no pepper and dont ask 4 steak sauce!! Some were finished eating when others were getting served on and on. It was HORRID!! By time they bought butter, bread was gone!
