Not impressed. Had plenty of empty tables, but still took 15 minutes to get seated because thats how long it took for someone to come up front to get us and 3 other parties seated. Figured they might have been short-handed so went ahead and sat down. A lady approached us and asked if we wanted to order drinks as the waitress was quite busy, so we ordered. My wifes drink came in an overflowing mess - was all over the outside of the glass. No offer of even a napkin for the trouble. My drink wasnt ready yet. Same lady put my drink on the table during a full speed walk by the table without so much as a smile, much less a word. Ok, theyre busy.....but there were more empty tables than occupied. Then the waitress approached and asked if we were doing ok and if we wanted appetizers (very friendly lady btw). We ordered guac and chips. She came back shortly after and asked if we were ready to order dinner, and we did. Appetizer came. Was a small bowl divided on one side with salsa, and roughly 1/3 portion of guac (enough for maybe 3-4 chips). 5 minutes after that our dinners arrived. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with extra Ranch. I received a plate of lettuce, cheese, and chicken that was almost cut up but still in one piece to the side of the plate. No extra dressing was present. I cut the chicken up, put the dressing down, and spread the chicken around. When she checked on us again, I informed her that I did not receive the extra dressing. She said shed be right back with it. I was almost done with the salad when she approached us again and said "Oh let me get that extra ranch for you". I told her not to worry about it as I was almost done. A few minutes later a different lady brought out 2 extra servings....which went right beside my empty plate. Service: meh. They appear to have 2-3 servers running around like crazy and a few just standing around. Food: mediocre. My previous trip here was the same (had a burger last time). Doubt we will be returning, unfortunately.

The food was great but the service was terrible. We had to wait over 15 minutes just to have our drink order taken and we should have taken that as a sign to leave. The burgers were good but the fries were cold. We never got a server to the table to request even our drink and food order be taken, later drink refills, more fries, or sauces without it requiring us to use the call server option on the tablet. When we did ask for things, they were always 10 or so minutes away from even being given to us after having to wait a sizeable amount of time just to call the server to us.... All of this to still pay expensive food costs like what you would find in a restaurant with impecable service ($5 for a dozen fried pickles chips, $5 for a small kids bowl of macaroni, $15 for a burger). The burgers were good but they were the only thing about the entire experience that wasnt terrible. My family and I will not be revisiting this restaurant in this location again.

I dont eat meat and they have very limited selection of veggies. I ordered Banzai salad without chicken. It was canned mandarin, 10 almond slivers, no cilantro visible, and all iceberg lettuce... and just 2 pineapple rings. All of it for $8.99 ( it was $10.49 with the chicken). Seriously thats the price for 2 Costco sized bags of romaine lettuce. There was no creativity with the salad. Please pimp my salad up with more colorful veggies... not going back. I The nice thing is: ramp available right up front of restaurant for wheelchair people or for those who imbibed too much and cannot step down. The Tv has closed captioning on, its a good thing I dont have to request for it to be turned on. My waiter was nice and attentive. But the price and the bland rabbit food.... eh

The best parts of the experience was the friendly waitress, the manager who did the right thing by comping the entire bill, and the New Orleans Saints / Carolina Panthers game on the tv. Our party consisted of 4 adults who ordered burgers with fries and 1 child who ordered pizza. The kids meal was the only meal that came out hot, except for my 2nd round of sweet potato fries. *FYI: if you plan on ordering your child a shake instead of the beverage that comes with the kids meal... DONT! You only get about a 1/2c (4oz) for the up charge of $2.99 and most of it is whipped cream. Save time and aggravation and order one of the regular menu for $3.39. All burgers were barely warm but one burger was under-cooked and just plain cold.

We eat at Red Robin many Sundays after church. Its a great place to eat lunch. I have eaten a few different things off the menu. My favorites are the Bruschetta Chicken sandwich and the Banzai burger. The chicken is tender and juicy and the burger is always fresh. I also enjoy the Southern charm burger. Their shakes are delicious. Our service is always good, though sometimes its best to use the table-side "computer" to call the server over to your table. The garlic fries are excellent and go well with their sandwiches.

Was here with my husband on a dinner date. The staff kept getting our drinks wrong. I ordered a tea and he had a shake. They came to our table at least twice if not three times. I dont know how hard it is to mix a tea and a shake but it would have better if it was written down. Our main meal came about twenty minutes later warm. We eat here all the time but on this particular visit it was like they were more concerned with talking to each other than the customers. Dont know if I will come back

Horrible service!!!! It took 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time our order was placed until we received our food. We were each brought 1 napkin to use the entire time. I never received a refill or even offered one until I asked for my ticket. There were at least 3 managers there on the floor, but were in a group talking. I will say the food was cooked to perfection once it finally arrived. I would understand if they were busy at that time, but at that point it was not busy.

The first time I went here the server was great. Then I went back because of the server the first time and they forgot our drinks many times. didnt bring us what we ordered. never brought us sauce for the fries and we waited for almost a half hour to get our ticket and no they wasnt busy. I asked if they were short handed and the waitress said no. Well when we were leaving I seen why it was because they were all hanging out in the front. Wont be back!!!!

After leaving a nearby by resturant that i waited 40 minutes for a soggy unfinished salad..decided to go to Red Robin in Montgomery and sit at the bar and get wrap & soup combo...though they were out of the soup i wanted the server Brandy made sure i still got a different soup that met my dietary needs. My food came out quickly. Brandy was very pleasant, nice, attentive and a great server...great service I would come back just to be served by Brandy.
