You would have better luck getting Mexican food from taco bell. Dont know if it was the day or what. I had the tongue burrito, the tongue tasted freezer burnt. The beans and rice came from a can or a box. My wife had the fish tacos, consisting of frozen fish sticks being reheated, covered with lettuce and smothered in some strange red sauce and a whole lot of tarter sauce. Both meals were horrible representations of authentic Mexican food. Save your money, your time, and eat else where.

A very simple atmosphere, with lots of authentic Mexican drinks and candies sold behind the counter. It took a couple minutes for someone to come out to the counter, and a while longer to be served our food despite there being only one other customer. The fish in the tacos is surprisingly not caught locally. Regardless, the food was still good, and worth the money.

I eat here frequently, and this is the first time Ive done a review for this location. Absolutely fantastic food. Authentic, flavorful, an absolute must when visiting seaside. If you live here, Guadalajara sets the "lunch break" standard. I frequently recommend Guadalajara as the best Mexican food in seaside, possibly on the PNW coast. Five stars well earned.

Ordered the E.T. (Extraterrestrial)....so darn good! Also, this appears to be a family run restaurant and they were really nice! Small, yet close to beach, it will be a regular choice in the future when I want Mexican food.

The best taco shop Ive been to on the North Coast. Friendly staff. And my kids love it, as its the only restaurant that has lengua (tongue), which is their favorite. Note, bring cash - credit cards are not accepted.

Avoid the fish tacos, its chopped breaded fish sticks, iceberg lettuce and tartar sauce in a corn tortilla. Thats not a fish taco! Chips and salsa costs extra. Its also *cash only*.

Carne as ada combination plate was great. 4 hefty pieces of steak great rice and beans and the salsa was just as good. Will be making this one of my stops whenever I visit the area
