We drove all the way from Ravenswood, West Virginia to eat at White Castle as there are no franchises in our state..NO WHERE!! Anyway, Im happy to say that the drive was well worth it. The White Castle in Lancaster had great food (love the sliders & onion pedals), the staff was very friendly and the whole restaurant was ULTRA CLEAN! You cant go wrong with White Castle, we even grabbed a crave case for the road. We will definitely be going back to the "Crave Castle"! P.S. It was our daughters first time experiencing the legend that IS White Castle, she is now infatuated with it.

Went through drive threw, told to move up, order being made, down the highway and order was wrong, went back asked the manager if the check order before handing it out. She said yes and they were wrong. Just pissed I had to go back to get what I paid for.

We went through and ordered a crave case and the hamburgers were still pink on the inside and we asked for no pickles but we were given pickles on them I dont think I have it ever come back. And we drove clear from Athens just to get them

About 10% of the time my order is wrong. Usually it is pickles when I ask for no pickles. They always make it right. Just kind if annoying. On the plus side, the hot chocolate is very good.
