Miyabi Sushi is a good option if youre looking for reasonably-priced, quality sushi in the city. The place isnt huge but there were enough tables. It wasnt too packed for a Friday night at around 6:30. I had a craving for some sashimi so my boyfriend and I considered ordering the sashimi chefs special for 2 ($49.95). However, we found out that this only came with 36 pieces, whereas the sashimi dinner ($21.95) came with 18 pieces. So I opted for the latter, and he just ordered some rolls. For the sashimi dinner, it came with three pieces of six different types of fish. The salmon, tuna, and white tuna were all great. The white tuna was probably my favorite. But the other three (my guess is that they were yellowtail, fluke, and mackerel) were just alright. One was still a little frozen, and another was just flavorless. I think next time, Ill just order some rolls and white tuna sashimi. Its the safest way to go. Tip #1 - happy hour is 4 to 6. Tip #2 - check in on Yelp for 10% off your bill.

Loved it, very tasty! The atmosphere is calming and the attention is great. We order some rolls for appetizer, (sweet potato tempura roll, spider maki, salmon roll) they were fantastic, all the ingredients seemed fresh, and what was supposed to be crunchy was very crunchy indeed. then for main entrée I had Chicken Negimaki which is Chicken wrapped w. scallion broiled in teriyaki sauce and it came with miso soup. Also very good, the soup tasted home made which was way better to any I’ve had before in any restaurant in Chinatown. My friend had Salmon Teriyaki which also was very well cooked and the sauce wasn’t over powering. Mmmm delicious & definitely coming back. My mouth is watering right now!

I live in the city and has been coming to this place for 8 years. The owner is the most hard working guy around. He wakes up every day at 2 to pick up the fish fresh at the fish market, and the sushi clearly shows it. I quit going to the high end places in the city (Nobu, Megu, etc) and all other places just to come to this gem of a place.

I had a terrible experience there. The waitress was extremely snobby and rude, not to mention impolite. I went their many times before and once just walked in to use the restroom and they wouldnt even allow that. very rude people. The food is okay but any place that doesnt treat the customers with respect is not worth supporting.

Great value for the money! We ate lunch, 2 persons for $22,- The Bento special was so much food, with excellent chicken teriyaki and sushi combined, and the sushi lunch was also tasty and a good plate.

Went here for lunch. Great selection of asian food. They have very well priced lunch specials. Salad + 18 pc sushi for around 12 bucks. Not bad. Slow service though and there was a bug in the salad.
