omg never in my life i am starting to see that NY, NY is filled with VERY rude people and not theplacei want to go to. i called the woman said manager not there but when i asked his name she said i dont know and hung up on me. i dont understand why people in this area think it is ok to do that to their callers, customers, etc. why are you so rude if you dont want to talk to people or be bothered by people why re you answering the phone or running this business. you should be closed down never never will i go here support them recommend them or deal with them they need to be closed down

I do not know how this place remains in business. it is dirty, has cats that have caught pigeons outside leaving feathers in front of the store (and possibly inside as well). the delivery guy feels its his absolute right to ride a motorized bike on the sidewalk & has hit quite a few people including myself. the food is atrocious which goes along with the attitudes of the workers. I really suggest this place be closed down. when you pass by, all you have to do is to look & see for yourself how dirty it is inside.

Rude delivery cursed at me for getting the wrong amount of cash was only a quarter off. And the person who picked up the phone literally hung up in the middle of my order His wife picke up under the excuse he didnt know what I was saying which is funny because I was sitting there having an argument with this man about how much is the tota of my order

Living in the neighborhood for some time now, Ive tried most Chinese Food stores in the 2 block radius. This one is my favorite. The people are friendly, the food is fresh and the environment is nice and clean. Some of my other experiences at other stores included, way too much salt on dishes, bitter attitudes and not so nice establishments.

I visited Hang Lee today for the lunch special. While waiting for my food I noticed a mouse running around on the kitchen floor. When I pointed it out, the cook smashed it with her foot, tossed it in the trash and went back to cooking other customers food. No idea how they got their "A" rating.

I usually like to order food from this place. But today the guy that delivered the food was terrible , he gave my son attitude and he was rushing him. Not nice. If he dont like his job, he should quite. I dont think I will order from this place again

Average cheap take out. I had the pork and bean sprouts - pleasantly surprised by the amount of vegetables, but low quality meat and sauce. Poured hot sauce all over it - fixes most things. Cheap can be tastier than this

Most of the negative reviews are from people who are expecting too much from a cheap Chinese food spot. The food is above average in comparison to other take out Chinese food spots in the city & it is moderately priced.
