This is a cute little bakery with a ton of great sweets and treats to tickle your fancy but the rude service is a big misstep. Theyre right on broadway so its there is a lively crowd on this block. I usually hit this place up at night when Im in the area grabbing some Dominican faire down the street and its a big of a red flag that they have such a full inventory at that late hour. Nonetheless, they make a really amazing LadyFinger (long, cone shaped pastry filled w/ custard) covered in a thick rich layer of milk chocolate. The raspberry arugula is also really tasty. Ive been a dozen times and the rude ladies that dismissively wait on me are either upset I dont know the names of all the delectable delights in the glass case or they wish I spoke spanish. The food is great, the prices are excellent but the service sucks so the rating suffers! Better luck next time. Ill continue to go back but Im not optimistic of more favorable service.

The service is horrible. There is a couple of girls that are nice but wow. I called to order something on my way from NJ ( I was 10 minutes away). When I got there I was still on the line listening to all their conversations and I told them and the lady who put me on hold raised her voice at me and said I was not on the line. Another lady next to her argued and lied that they could not hear me and I showed them my phone. She the proceeds to ignore me and all the customer in back of me. Jeyne the young girl stepped up and helped me very politely. How incredibly rude. So disappointing! Wish I could have given them no stars.

Best Cuban sandwiches, coffee, morir soñando, the coffee is made from high quality machine! The customer service is great, always with a smile!

Great early morning spot for Dominican goodies Quipe, pastelillos... u get the drift. Get a homemade Ginger tea.

The pastries with guava paste are heaven! Sweet man behind the counter suggested them. Prices are terrific!

Horrible . Overpriced for a small cake (1lb) charged $100. Go somewhere else. Very rude service
