Doesnt get more brain-dead than this experience at Carvel in Cortlandt My wife and I each ordered a Sunday. She didnt want any topping. So I asked that her topping be put on my Sunday. The server refused following some stupid rule. And then he discarded the extra topping she didnt want rather than serve it to me. Not believing what I was experiencing, I asked to speak with the manager. So I then asked the manager to accommodate my request. She refused too. "We dont do that." Really. P_ss off a customer over a topping. Even Motor Vehicle agencies treat the customer better. Remember this story next time you consider trusting these people with your next ice cream order. So our regular visits will be somewhere else. The best vote is to vote with your wallet.

I can not thank the workers enough for the consideration, and help that they showed to us when we visited this ice cream store. They were kind, and helped us, even though we arrived later. We made sure to leave them a tip. If anyone who works there sees this, I thank you for the fantastic experience that you had showed us.
