I wanted to like this place as it looks cool and is very near my office. Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues. Service was pretty bad throughout, I had to ask for things multiple times (including the check). It took a long time to take our order, and after it was taken, it took a long time again to get our drinks. My burger was overdone and they forgot my fries. When I asked for the fries and ketchup, they said sure, coming right out, but I didnt get them until I was done with the burger, and I had to ask again. I got the ketchup separately, again, after asking a second time. It was a bummer. At least the fries were good when they finally arrived.

Stumbled upon Broadstone on my way to stone street. Stopped inside to check out out. Sat at the bar and started with a Moscow Mule, well made and served in a copper mug. The buffalo spring rolls were awesome, the flat bread was OK, not sure of get it again. The burger was delicious. The beef blend was tasty and cook exactly requested, medium. The bacon on the burger was nice and crispy. The fries were very thin and cooked to a nice crisp. Food service was fast. This was their first night serving food. The general manager introduced himself and was very nice. Great atmosphere, I highly recommend.

Aunque aparentemente pueda parecer un puf...tiene una excelente cocina...., la sopa del día muy buena..y un entrecot "exquisito"..local con encanto, precio muy razonable, personal muy agradable...y música en vivo...genial!!

I really wanted to like this place since we live literally a block away. They just opened and its a beautiful setup. My chicken sandwich was literally a hard dry cut up half of a breast with a tiny smear of avocado and sliced pickles on stale focaccia. (Was this really what I ordered? It looked so much better on the menu.) The fries were good, and my husband liked his Guinness. This was the first time Ive left somewhere hungry after paying $50 for a meal.

Pretty run of the mill American restaurant in FiDi. It certainly gets the job done but doesnt leave me saying "wow! Im gonna write a great review of this place!" The service was subpar, but then again, it was a FiDi bar so its pretty run of the mill. My flatbread was very good with the chefs choice of using thick goat cheese as a cheese base....not great. Would go again if I happened to pass it, but probably wont make a trip of it.

Great place to spend the evening and hang out, but skip brunch. Chicken and waffle sandwich looked great but was rather bland. Waitress took our order and we never saw her again until we asked for the check. More than twenty minute wait for our food with only three other tables filled on the floor. Charges nearly $4 for plain club soda and could not get a refill. Go for an evening, but brunch disappoint you.

Come here often with co-workers, since its around the corner. We are even looking into our company holiday party here. We always have a good time! the Garlic fries are amazing! Workers are friendly. I would give 5 starts but they need more a variety of appetizers. Maybe..boneless wings..Quesadillas...Chips and dip (guacamole or spinach dip).

Not too bad for the price considering NYC downtown prices (my friend and I had a drink and dinner and the bill was about $60 total). The music was a little loud (hard to hear over the table at times) but the vibe was cool, our server was a sweetheart, the drinks were good, and food was DELICIOUS. I recommend the lamb burger ;)

Was here a couple months ago when it had just opened. Was visiting NY with my sister on a business trip. We were staying right down the block and decided to check it out since it was very close by. It was a more quiet night but the service and food appetizers were great. Our waitress Rose was really cool too.

Stumbled on this place for lunch before our Statue of Liberty trip. The lunch was very good I recommend trying the smoked pork sandwich w/ garlic fries. We sat upstairs which the view was cool. I was confused who are actual waitress was which is the reason I left them a 4/5.

Slow rainy day, an oasis of warmth, comfort & (very important) Pilsner! Sat at bar, barmaid Katy was really great. Wheelchair accessible. WiFi: TWC Only issue is print very small on cocktail/beer menus and no LARGE type version. A very nice place.

Ordered the brunch burger with garlic fries for take out, however when I received my food to go, I was only given a plain burger with the bun and plain fries. None of the toppings were included. I would not be visiting here to order food again.

Late night food in the Financial District. Had a lovely burger with aged cheddar and bacon jam. They were very generous with the shoestring fries--couldnt finish them all. A good find. No beverages though for carryout orders (soda, juices, etc)

Lively kitchen bar with multiple floors and bar areas. A little narrow so it can get packed, but hey thats NYC for ya. Lite bites were great and prices werent too bad. A solid after work spot if you happen to be in the financial district.

Bartender was very nice to my co workers and I. Drinks were very well made. Appetizers were shockingly tasty. No complaints. Have 3 levels, each with a window view. Price is reasonable for the area.

Very cool bar with multiple levels which is great to separate the bar crowd from people sitting down and eating dinner. Multiple bars and yummy food but service was pretty slow.

Its kind of pricey compared to any of the places on Stone street but probably the most professional bar staff in this part of town. Im cheap but you may really like this place.

Over priced, but thats the financial district. Lots of space. Had some guy playing music in the front, but he sort of blocking the entrance, it was kind of awkward.

Great drinks, food and service. One of my favorite bars in the city. Got the famous Mega Mule last time and it was super worth it! Definitely recommend this place

Great downtown watering hole with good pub fare. A good point of Guinness. Large upstairs as well. my first stop for a "pop" downtown and a must on a pub crawl.

The place is nice. However the menu available online is completely different from the current one, which is very limited. The staff is very nice.

For Manhattan I was highly disappointed. Strolled in with a party of six just looking for a nice, quick meal. I just wanted your ordinary burger

Multi story bar. Each one closed at a differnt time. Start from the top and work your way down. Good views. Average priced drinks.
