Everything is good! Place is clean, quiet and bright. No smells or anything annoying. They have complimentary tea and "lucky cookies". Food was served before I finished browsing a tiny 4- page newspaper. Little Chinese lady on the reception speaks good English and she explained the food eagerly and clearly. Stopped at our table a few times to ask if everything is okay and yes it was. Food tasted great, especially for this price range. We paid $45 for the dinner for the family of 3, which we couldnt finish and took out, because it was really good size and so yummy. This is a family business, and the nice lady who served us appeared to be a family member, a schoolgirl, working full day at summer and studying in the breaks, which explains her great attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. If I lived in this area, I would definitely come often!

Food is pretty good. Staff is not overly pleasant, just all business. I was bothered on my last visit when the cook dropped an empty pan on the floor, ran it under the faucet for 1/2 a second then used it.
