The Medway Cafe is a great restaurant with an unfortunate name. It should be called the Medway Pub as it creates a nice, dark atmosphere with lots of sports memorabilia and a huge bar. They feature different specials each day of the week including Italian dinner for two on Wednesdays for $25. This is a family friendly establishment while also offering an interesting bar scene with app specials, a wide selection of beers on tap and plenty of TVs to watch the game on. I ordered the Eggplant Parm and it was enormous, delicious and inexpensive at only $14. I would highly recommend the Medway Cafe for a friends night out or for a nice family dinner. I will definitely be back!

This place has consistently great food and average prices. The service is outstanding and food quality is right up there. The atmosphere is Pub style but it is very open and noisy, that would be my only complaint. They have the BEST seasonal salads you will ever eat! Most of the time if your dining during popular hours there is a wait but it moves rather quickly. They also offer a rewards club, and being a frequent dinner its awesome!

Love the salads here and the variety on the menu... seriously something for everone: steak tips, chicken parm, burgers, sandwiches and specials. Trivia nights, baloon makers for kids on certain nights and always pleasant servers. Good selection of drinks,and draft beers and great bar area with high top tables or plenty of seats at the bar.

This place has a great atmosphere with lots of old boston sports memorabilia. The menu is huge with lots of unique takes on classic meals. My favorite is the Pancho Villa burger with its chipolte sauce and fried jalapenos. I come here about once a week and always have a great experience.

Medway cafe is one of my favorite places to eat! The chicken parm. .the crispy chicken salad. ..and the fajitas are my favorite items. The beers are usually cold. The drinks are ALWAYS fabulous. If you dont mind waiting for a table on italian Wednesday, then youll love it too.

We have been very pleased with the food, portions, service and prices since we started eating dinners at MEDWAY CAFE. It pleases us even more that they have utensils with which the tines are not bent and they have some weight to them. The wait staff are wonderful.

Mostly go there for lunch at the bar but the few times weve been there for dinner have been very good. Its a very friendly comfortable place, sometimes seems like everyone there knows each other.
