We tried takeout at Nobo and it was subpar. Ordered 3 different sushi rolls, all 3 were super market quality, rather than restaurant quality. Too much rice, too little fish (especially in the spicy salmon) and overall taste was poor. Appetizer wings were overcooked and way too salty, udon noodles were lacking in taste and seemed overcooked. Edamame and miso soup were ok. Above all, it is overpriced. Ordered sushi rice and got 1.5 tablespoons worth of rice for $3. We will not be ordering there again. In the area - we like Karma and Sushi Yanagi much better. The decor and atmosphere is not as fancy, but the sushi is much better.

Each dish was perfect, and unusual. A friend and I stopped in to try the new place in town. Wow, were we impressed. The menu is very eclectic, so many things to try that I will certainly go back many times. We had a scallop/crab appetizer to die for, tried other appetizers and they were all unusual combinations and extremely delicious. Wonderful Miso soup, fried rice (like I have never tasted), Tempura and sirloin. Yes, sirloin at Japanese bar. The atmosphere is very quiet (good date place).

I have been there 4 times with my cousins Billy/Lisa and cousins Jimmy and Bobby.. I love it just because of the food(quality,portion,the pride in the every dish),the staff is amazing always smiling,happy and treat u with respect.. they all treat you like your the only one that matters.. myself and my daughter are born damn near side by side,, OMG the surprise birthday dessert for us was deliciously the best and the presentation was outstanding.. Thank yall for everything, every time

My husband and I just went here for the first time - it was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and warm, the atmosphere is urban yet cozy, and the food was incredible. We had delicious appetizers, and the sashimi and sushi were fresh and very tasty! I would highly recommend Nobo to anyone looking for high-quality and creative sushi dishes in a fun, warm, and unique setting - and much more convenient than heading into the city.

Honestly wish I could give this place 5 stars. The staff was FANTASTIC, super welcoming and knowledgable. The food and drinks were absolutely awesome. The atmosphere was great and everything about the testers marauder was perfect. I thought my sushi was amazing... But I had food poisoning later on the evening/into the morning. Super unfortunate because I thought this place was amazing otherwise!

The sushi was good but expensive. Go peak times to enjoy a better atmosphere. Otherwise the place is too big and empty with not much going on. Competitors in the area offer more choice and more entertainment especially for families. Their sushi is not as good though. Whenever you go, service is good and the people are friendly.

The wait staff and hosts here are welcoming, kind, and patient. They create an ambiance of upscale dinning. The sushi is always fresh. The menu has the most diversified sushi options, with some creative creations. The food is always presented well! Great for date nights or celebratory dinner.

Beautiful, friendly ambience with delicious, traditional and original sushi/sashimi dishes, combos and other foods. Excellent cocktails. Good selection of sake. Great service. New restaurant is popular and sometimes busier than expected, but still good service when rushed.

My husband and I go here often. Very affordable and everything is made fantastically. Theyre very accommodating as we have a small child, but theyre always friendly and kind. Will definitely be back and we look forward to making this place a regular of ours.

Great sushi place. Weve been coming here for years, and it is our go to sushi restaurant in the area. We moved further away and still make the drive over because its so good. Friendliest staff, and outstanding food. Very fresh. Weve never been disappointed.

Best Sushi I have had in the states! all the food Ive had here was great too and the staff are so nice. This place has become my favorite restaurant in Chelmsford. Great place for dates or hanging out with friends or taking customers for lunch. Love it!

Their lunch special is great. I think its $11 and you get an appetizer, a protein and rice/noodles. Its the perfect amount of food and its delicious.
